I would disagree with both you and Jasonaz as to the site going all gay. On what are you basing this one? Is it one or two episodes or one or two models? David has said that they do occasionally use bi or gay guys in scenes. In all cases that is identified UP FRONT! He has also stated that sometimes for the "real straight" guys you need a bi/gay guy to help "break them out". Is it also possible that some "GAY" guys do their best to "Be Straight" since it pays well? And perhaps they slip through the cracks.

Specifically, how many of the past 25-50 episodes do you qualify as, "I guess....going to all gay."? Then report back what you found and specify those specific episodes YOU & JASONAZ feel are "getting very gay".

I don't believe David or Mark ever said this was a 100% Straight Site. Is there even one out there?

If you read through all the Post that David has done, the one consistent theme in all his post was that, "He identifies Bi/Gay upfront in the interview portion". Second he has been consistent in stating, "that he does occasionally use Bi/Gay guys to help the straights out". (NOTE: the above quotes are my words not exact quotes from David).

Perhaps the question is how "Gay" is Gay? for this site.

And to answer your questions in advance, NO, I don't work for them. But I have been a member since just about the beginning. I've been reading post from DAY ONE. So what you bring up is valid from a certain point-of-view, unless you have been here from the beginning and have read all the posts, you might have missed a point or two.

Two things I know for sure is that 1) David will respond in some form and 2) he hears and listens to what each and everyone of us say and he acts far more on our behalf that you might know.

Having said all of that, the best thing about this forum is the free and open exchange of thoughts and ideas. This is not a bashing, but an inquiry as to how you made the rationalization you did and back it up.

Wow!! What a tongue lashing! And not the good kind!

I read, then re-read and then read again my own posts and nowhere was I able to find a sentence where I said the site is turning all gay.
In reading ScottC's post, I agreed with him and I did make a comment about Marlin going from a believeable straight guy to a totally gay guy in the course of a few episodes. I also replied to Casper's ending comment in his post about straight guys willingness to experiment with other straight guys, but not gay guys. I even stated that what endears me to the site is the premise of straight guys having gay sex and my personal experiences with some. Also, my preference of watching straight or straight acting guys experimenting with each other and my willingness to pay my dues for the priveliage.

Okay, I guess I'll be a dissenting voice here. It's a decent clip, but my problem is strictly with Marlin. I'm sorry, but I've met drag queens who were more masculine acting. For me this is just a big turn off, and the fact he had problems topping, were less awkward cute and more embarrassing to watch. Now I know not everyone can help how they act, and I know there are members who find him appealing, but I didn't and it just wasn't as good a vid as others I've seen.

What in the world happened to Marlin? He went from a beliveably straight acting, accomplished boy fucker in Marlin and Dylan (Oct 17th '09) to flaming gay guy in the flick of a limp wrist! And what is it with this pseudo-mohawk? Very few guys I've seen are able to pull off that look, if you're gonna don a mohawk, do it right (see Scorpio)
I would'nt mind seeing more of Damien though, paired up with the right top I think he would be amazing.

I hope you used a condom for that fucking I just got (haha). The episodes get more gay almost everytime especially the last 3 or 4 or more. Correct me if I'm wrong but I remember reading a post that said they tried to move on to just straight guys for the scenes. I don't really like the episodes where they are acting so gay and efeminate. I have gay friends that I know (straight acting) and they told me,that," they like guys and because they like guys they don't like guys that want to be girls because, its the biggest hardon killer there is" I haven't had that much experience but, I think I would agree with them.

Keep in mind Jon, that the guys who post on the forum have wide and varied tastes and opinions. You can't assume that the same guys who want passion, kissing and rimming are necessarily the guys who complain about the models being too gay. I haven't gone back to analyze the postings, but that is my assumption.

I personally never complain that there is not enough passion, as I agree with what you said, "get real, straight guys don't do passion or kissing or rimming". And I will complain when I feel a model is "too gay".

So you cannot necessarily ask the forum to collectively make up their mind on what they want, as there are opposing points of view on the forum.

For me, it's not the idea of seducing a straight boy (though I have), but simply seeing guys act like guys, look like guys and behave like guys. Manscaping aside (which I really hate), these guys are my idea of a total package, so when a model like Marlin comes along, it's very noticeable.

I agree with you 100% Scott. I also am into guys who act like guys, look like guys and behave like guys. I'm a member of Broke Straight Boys, because I like straight boys. It seems pretty basic to me.

Well Jason,

The "all gay" quote was not attributed directly to you but it was in the thread. And I happen to agree with all of you who are less than impressed with Marlin's flamboyance. I agree with those who feel that if any gay guys are used on Broke Straight Boys that they should be straight acting for the most part.

I must admit that I feel a bit hypocritical on that point when I feel such a fondness for little Aiden. LOL (Who has another episode coming up) He wouldn't normally be my type at all. But occasionally there's a fem gay boy who I'll defend in here. So it's hard to account for individual tastes.

I think that if you guys look at the content of the site in its totality, you'll find that the really fem gay boys are few and far between. Would I myself prefer them to be even fewer and farther? Yes. haha

Ah Slim, ever the wise and learned one, you make an excellant and valid observation. It all makes sense to me now. Many is the time I have seen a perfectly straight acting boy step out of the closet and into the stereotypical, flambouyant, limp wristed femme gay boy role, but I don't think I have ever seen that boy go back into the closet and emerge to play the straight boy role as convincinly as Marlin did for me in his episode with Dylan.

jon: The problem with what you're saying is this: what the members sexuality is, doesn't matter, the site is selling a theme, a fetish, almost, Broke Straight Boys If any of us wanted broke QUEENS, well there are plenty of sites for that. Marlin wasn't too gay for the site at all, he just misunderstood the ethic and let himself act too camp. I actually don't think, for example, that there are a lot of members who scorn cousin Michael and his appearances here because he's gay for heaven's sake. Look at how many of the top episodes he's in. And there are very few models who end up being successful BSBs who don't have a fairly high degree of Kinsey's percentage in their makeup, no matter how they think of themselves. Otherwise face it they just couldn't do the work.

Jon, I believe you are misinterpreting what was meant by "site going gay". Obviously the majority of members are gay, although I have discovered over the last year, through this forum, that there are many bisexual men, some men who identify themselves as being straight and even some women who subscribe to this site. But the point that is being made by "site going gay", is in reference to the models in the scenes, not the members of the viewing audience.

And some of us actually like watching the guys that you identify as being "totally over the top arrogant models". Please don't be puzzled and certainly not annoyed with those of us who pay for Broke Straight Boys, preferring straight boys on the site. Blu Media does have another site called College Dudes where you can view really hot young guys who are not identified as being straight.

I find myself once again quoting the great Sly and the Family Stone, "Different strokes for different folks", (and you can take "strokes" in whatever context you wish on a porn site ).

It's a big world out there with divergent thoughts and desires and there is room for all of us. I cherish freedom of expression for all.

I have voted the 1 to 5 star thing alot and yet it never actually changed the numbers so I guess it is possible for them to get any top videos that they want. It may not actually have anything to do with our voting. I have also seen videos that are rated higher than some of the ones that appear on the members favorites. you would think the higher rated ones would have appeared. I don't put any stock on the voting. I really don't think it matters how we vote. They also may have it set up that some of the earlier videos are not even covered by new people who see them and rate them. Its probably whatever they want it to be. (Tyler has been in 26 videos and yet he only appears on the member favorites one time) He's also the top model and they have kept him around but only one single video made the cut..............whatever

I do think that the voting is fair and unmanipulated. My votes have changed numbers by fractions of digits.

I will admit to one thing though. The "Members' Favorites" thing has puzzled me also. Since it really doesn't go by ratings. There are higher rated vids than many on the top nine, but yet have never graced the home page of the site. I happen to like cousins Mike and Anthony alot also. So I'm not bashing them at all. I do find it odd though that they get 5 spots on the top nine (highest rated?) vids of all time.

All of the Diesal and Jimmy vids settled into the 4.6 range (which to me seems way too low) yet not one of them is on the "favorites" page.
