Saw it this morning on local NYC TV stations. DISGUSTING. And the LT cop just got demoted. He should have be out right fired and sued by the victim

During one of my visits to America myself and my family hired a condo. One morning we got a loud bang on the door and on opening there stood a Riverside county sheriff with a double barrelled shotgun in his hand. What a way to greet tourists.
