Dear Jon... all television is fixed! Even the programs you're thinking they are not fixed... Hardly ever the emperor is wearing clothes. TV is made. And audiences love the bullshit.... (The same goes for newspapers... news is a manufactured product, and porn...)

It's great entertainment nevertheless. Even if you see through all the fake tricks and manipulation. What's true are the voices... music is the language from the soul.

The Brits manage to capture the real thing better, than Americans...

told me how much you loved The Voice US and Australia... I downloaded the first US series and just right now this evening, watched the final.

Carson Daly is one charming and good looking presenter. And I do change my opinion on Adame Levine... he is a great guy; reminds me of Will from Grace. The artists make the show a pleasure to watch.

What the US version lacks... are the British judges! There sense of humor, and there creativity to change up older songs into something super fresh, to ability to surprise me big time.

Really, if you love The Voice US or Australia... watch back the first season of the Voice UK!

We will have to disagree on that one. I wouldn't trade Adam Levine or Usher Raymond for Will I. Am........ And, the U.S. version does in fact NEED a Blake Shelton, or another version of him, because the U.S. Voice does get a lot of country singers....and they need a mentor that can guide them in that direction.

I actually like all the versions. They all have talented performers and celebrity judges.

The Voice returns this coming Saturday after a week off for Eurovision Song Contest. The promo clips look pretty good with Jesse Jay having another hissy fit. Jeez these lesbians like drama lol

Okay... my favorite four acts would have looked quite different. Some of the better voices were eliminated by the judges, or bad song choice.

Most likely Leah McFall (team Will) wins this year. Hope she will sell more College Dudes's than last years winner Leanne Mitchell.

Well Robert, there are not many TV talent winners that have gone on to be successful. And there was no coincidence that they left Leanne Mitchells single to be released at the same time of this series - and it still did rubbish. The list of TV talent show failures certainly is much longer than the successes.
