The IGNORE MEMBER Feature

Need a simple solution to resist becoming agitated or riled over what another member says in the forum threads? Use the IGNORE MEMBER feature. You can add any member you want (except Mark, Shannon, and Chuck at BluMedia) so you will not have to read (and risk being bothered by) what that member posts in any thread.
I use it; you should, too.

Here is how you do it:
1) Look for the SETTINGS option (just left of he LOG OUT option near the top right.)
2) Once you click on SETTINGS, you are redirected to a page allowing you to edit your profile information, etc.
3) Scroll down and look for the MY ACCOUNT cluster of options. The last one in this category is EDIT IGNORE LIST.

There you have it. Simple!

many years ago, I found the ignore feature. when I used it, I found that someone would quote the ignored member in their reply.
I wonder why anyone would post anything not worth reading or anything designed to cause unnecessary drama?
I try to post things I want to share.

This is why we like you Buddy. I strive to do the same, but find myself getting pissed at certain posts and can't help but say something.

Yes it is rather a rather pointless feature due to the fact that someone would quote a member you had on ignore lol. The best way to ignore someone is not to reply or react, which means I suppose that the people who have reacted and posted on this thread are guilty as charged. Yes me too lol
