Mr. Nemoy is wonderful in this movie. Needlees to say I was shocked to see him in it, but none the less he did a great job as usual. I will leave it at that and let you guy's see the movie. I look forward to your oppionon's.

The movie just came out in theaters here this evening. Will probably wait until it is available on DVD. I'm not into going to theaters and pay that high price for a ticket and snacks. Need to check with Burger King to see if they got their Star Trek Glasses in yet.

Great story line. Wow, it is hard to comment without giving away th plot. Mr. Nemoy does have a wonderful roll. Most Interesting. The crew is all together again. Now this could be very promising. With time all things are possible.

IT KICKED ASS! Saw it with family Thursday night and am going again tonight with friends. I am as stoked today as I was Thursday. Heck, I have to get up at 3:30 AM to start getting ready for work M-F and I took a vacation day yesterday so that seeing the movie wouldn't make me too tired to work. My family pointed out that I don't celebrate Thanksgiving or Christmas but I do take holiday days for Star Trek!

And yes, Nimoy was awesome but what did you expect? All in all, this was the first franchise reboot I've ever seen that avoided 'crapping on' anyone's childhoods!

Saw the movie yesterday and was REALLY impressed. Great special effects and a a storyline that just keeps going, there isn't a lull in the whole 2 hours. Chris Pine fills out his not white tightywhities very nicely thank you very much.
And with dreamy eyes, he's quite a catch. But we really need to get Anton Yelchin (Checkov) on the futon!!!!!

Don't know where the scene with Kirk is in bed with another guy went to, maybe Paramount had another one of it's fits.

As a fan, I feel it's a great reboot. I am looking forward to a couple more movies with this team. I am ambivelant as to the changes (no I am not going to do a spoiler) for now.

At least this Enterprise has an engine room that looks like an engine room!

I found out yesterday that you can just buy all four glasses as a set. Please do it quickly though. One of our local BK already ran out of Kirk. Better get em while supplies last folks.

We are truly masters of our own destiny. We have learned from this movie that things can change. We are also taught that the power to take charge of our lives lies within us. Circumstances do not necessarily change who we are. They may alter our perception of things to come. However; in the end we are who we are and we are who we were meant to be. Take charge and enjoy.

Great movie!! It's hard to talk about it without talking about it. It has great special effects. They spared no expense on the sets. Top notch all the way. We see Kirk in his undies. He looks very good with minimal clothing. LOL Maybe once it comes out on DVD we can finally start talking about it. For those who haven't seen it yet it's very good. I was rather skeptical about how they could pull off a prequel without ruining our memories of the past. They did quite well on that point. They also leave plenty of room for more sequels for this earlier younger crew. That wouldn't be a bad thing at all.

I haven't seen the movie yet. I have a gift card for a nearby theater, if I can find it! If only I was a better housekeeper! LOL! I heard on my favorite radio show, that 95% of the people who saw the movie, loved it! It's made a ton of $!

I went to a Star Trek convention years ago. Shatner and Nimoy were there! They were great. I still have the T-Shirt!!

I saw an IMAX version of the film a few days ago. I will hold my comments and thoughts on this until most others have seen it so as to ruin their viewing. Tampa, I will say this, we do not see eye to eye on some of your comments.
