I was thinking about Broke Straight Boys and why I often get bored watching the scenes. It's not due to the models' looks or even their skill per se. I realized, and I didn't do any kind of real analysis or anything, but there's a kind of physical distance between the bodies. Even with a cock in an ass, there's like, a splaying effect. Like the priority is as much or more display of the body as depicting an intimate act. The bottom's legs are wide apart when they're on their back and both legs are never on the top's shoulders. When the bottom is come at from behind, they're always In a position so the top can be kneeling; never just lying so the top has to impose himself over the other.

I thought I would chime in. I have mentioned this numerous times but it’s also something I’ve noticed. For having such good looking young men the actual fucking is very basic and generic. Jay, I totally respect your perspective as I know you do mine. One thing is certain and that is that there is no universal magic formula to satisfy all of the people all of the time. I guess the best that we can hope for is more hits than misses and overall I agree with you, Treb, and Young & Confused that unfortunately we’ve had more misses lately. Let’s hope that new guys like Samual continue to be winners. And of course tried and true pros like Darron too. I guess that’s why their duo was such a ratings winner. I wouldn't say the issue is entirely lack of passion. Most porn the passion is fake and if I spent even a few seconds caring I would easily notice this problem.

I have been reading this post and you guys bring up some honest and great points. As for the updates, I can't speak nor defend why once a week. On the production side of things, I have said this many times over the years. We hire all types of guys to film the Broke Straight Boys.com site. They come from all over the USA, within the age groups of 18-30 years old with all sorts of levels of sexual experiences that are gay, straight, bisexual, and bicurious. In most cases, these days we've been hiring new guys that have very limited experience in front of the camera and filming. Filming porn is not the same as having sex in a private setting. We are asking first-time guys to get undressed to have sex with another guy they met a day or two prior in front of two guys holding cameras with 2000 watts of lights shining on them as if they are filming in a well lite stadium and if you don't have the experience, this becomes a very stressful situation.

Guys who come here from other studios with experience or have filmed with us numerous times have a higher standard of expectations on camera. Each guy we hire, each week we film regardless if its for Broke Straight Boys.com or College Boy Physicals.com we have to go at their pace. Lately, we have been hiring experienced guys with non-experienced guys so we have to take it a bit slower at times and the experienced guys have to slow their pace to accommodate the new guys performing for their first time.

Because of this, we will have some boring scenes for some and others may enjoy these types of scenes. Besides you folks on this forum, there are a lot of members that demand to watch and see what they like and we do our best to accommodate them but at times it is difficult to accommodate everyone's porn needs.

For the new guys doing this for the first time, the first week is a test run and see how they do...we hope during the week, they improve. If they improve and do well at the end of the week, and get good ratings we bring them back. If they don't improve and don't get great ratings, we don't bring them back so fast.

I also like to add that some guys who have been here over time and have filmed for us numerous times,, seem to get burnt out and they don't have the excitement and the energy level we like to see, so in many cases, we don't bring those guys back to film because of lack of excitement and energy and we do our best to motivate them, but if they are not willing to be motivated, there is not much we can do.

I looked at the public part of site with the banner which has Tanner at one end and Damian at the other with Ben, Justin, Chris, Cage Kafig, a model I don't remember the name of, and Drake in between them. They all made great films and were in the main very different, none I disliked. I would add to them performers that I found exciting to watch like Blake B, Jason M, John Henry, Jared M and Kaden Alexander Porter. I have watched all these guys perform and been drawn into the sessions that were filmed, time and time again.

When I came back I started watching the newer film, I can only say I have found them disappointing, there seems to be the minimum of 'connection' between the models and the films seem repetitive. I wonder if Sha is no longer involved in the business, whilst I always found he talked a little too much and over explained, given all that he was a master in facilitating models working together and providing excellent films.

I look at the quality of Jared and John H, Blake and Brandon B, Jason (practically with anyone) and Paul C, Ben (practically with anyone) with Chris and Damian, Chris with Charlie, John H with Jake S, the Foursome etc..... and I am sorry to say I don't see the quality of those films in the last couple of years or so.

Dande01 - I am sorry I don't think you get it. The body types are so varied from Chris and Blake who are skinny to the more beefy Ben D and Damian. For me the moaning and groaning when overused is off-putting and I often watch without sound. It is more about if that passion looks genuine in the moment and I don't think it does on the current films. As far as body types are concerned I think the current models very much merge into one.
