I have loved the site for many a year but, its time for me to move on. The Broke Straight Boys have been waning for a while now. The guys are just flat out "Straight for pay" now. The ones I do get excited about are not making it pass the solo scene and they are few and far between. The fellows of the past will always have a special place in my ummm heart. Yeah, that's it. These fellows are so twinkish now. Ill look at in on you towards the end of the year to see if things have gotten better.

Hopefully when you check back in later in this year, things will have gotten better and you might rejoin us on a regular basis. As you well know Peter, I remain here for this forum and my friends here both old and new, the archives and out of a sense of loyalty as when I am "into something", it takes a lot to get me to no longer be a fan.

What I miss about BSB1 and the early days of BSB2 was the perhaps contrived, but to me the believabilty that I was watching guys who were completely new to filming porn and perhaps new to having sex with other guys. One can argue that it was always all fake, but either they were better actors or I was dumb enough to buy it, but more importantly my dick bought into it, as I got terribly aroused watching a Tyler Evans or Mike Robbins or Shane or Logan or even someone not exactly my type like a Diesal, as each time they returned they went a bit further in their progression and I could watch their facial expressions and body language as they sometimes proclaimed that they didn't like what they were doing, but their stiff cock's and moans and gasps of pleasure belied their protests.

Again, they may have been as gay as the boys today are, but the whole scenario worked for me on BSB2 as well with Jimmy, Jamie, Bobby, Ayden, Ronan Kennedy, and so many more. But watching today's guys the "straight" fantasy is no longer in Broke Straight Boys for me, and so I will watch guys who I find attractive like Tanner, Gage Owens, Ronan Kennedy and a handful of other. However it is mainly the camaraderie of the forum and Peter, Johnny, Stowe, Buckeye, Tampa, Beth, Elyot, Rafe, Betu and the new active forumites like StudddAndy and Oldfart and many others old timers and newer members who contribute here on occasion. It cost me less than a dollar a day to be here, and to Mark it shouldn't make any difference why I am here, as long as I am here, a loyal, paying member of his site.

I so agree with this comment Peter and while it's unfortunate when people announce they are leaving, I have to respect that too! My taste in "Porn viewing" changes (almost daily as my mood for certain things changes) but, my respect comes from knowing when something is not working and moving on to something that does....as opposed to staying and being bitter about the way things are. I've used this analogy before but it's still relevant: SNL with the original players was great, classic stuff but I still enjoy SNL today too!

There are so many more outlets for those exhibitionists who want to be online that I guess studios don't have the advantage for the new guys. That said, I still like this site. We get a certain familiarity with the models who appear here and as Mike said, the forum adds a lot for me. It's fun to be able to chat with other members even when we don't agree on scenes or models. As far as I know, this is the only site that offers this. I didn't even join the forum until several years after I started watching the site (on and off) but I'm glad I did. But you have to do what you feel is best for you. I hope you'll take the time to stop and join the forum when you check in in the future.
