New streaming servers input.....

Our complaints on our streaming has got up since we upgraded to over 2,000 servers across the world. Are you guys seeing better connections or worse? We made this change about a month ago.

Mark, I think we need to post a reply too, then at least you know wherebouts in the world the streaming is bad or good. As I said in a previous post the last 2 scenes plus a recent BTS cut off about 3/4 the way through. I'm in England as if you didn't know.

Mine only drops the BTS scenes. The regular scenes have to buffer quite a bit.

It has been about the same in Canada. Though I have broadband, and we are a little bit closer to you, geographically. I don't know if that makes a difference in terms of connection quality, however.

I have been having trouble with College Boy Physicals and BFT. So much buffering with College Boy Physicals, I can't even watch it. And I can't get BFT at all anymore.

I'm in England and the film is buffering every 10 to 15 secs. Virtually impossible. Time is 0815 BST which is 5 hours ahead of Eastern.

Thanks for the feedback. We have figured out the issue and streaming should be much better for the next update. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

Streaming in Country NSW, Australia can be an interesting affair. Most times it drops out and continues to buffer for a significantly long time. Today however, I downloaded the ADAM video in about 90 secs. Bloody awesome. Hope that continues.

We found the root cause for the performance issues some have been experiencing. We decided to upgrade our servers today to keep this from happening.

Did you try downloading it Grace ? I must admit that the classics such as Josh and Shane, I download and keep to avoid such problems as streaming. x
