New Production Team

I was wondering when I wrote that post if I might be full of malarky, with those just mock-up dates.

But on a broader note, shuusssh! Take the credit, Mark, deserved or not. I don't have to tell you that life's not fair. Neither is Internet criticism. Take the good with the bad, especially when you can roll on through unscathed, dodging incoming fire for all directions.

Some smart guys are so silly. :001_tongue:

I am very disappointed with the new production team and the person behind the camera speaking? Please not good. I don't have money to just waste on a bad site when there are so many sites out there. I didn't see a problem with the site before other than needing new models. I am very seriously thinking about leaving this site and saving my money.

I haven't formed an opinion good or bad yet. Regardless of what Broke Straight Boys had become, I liked it and the videos kept me a member. I don't know what is in store for us in the future with the reborn idea of getting really str8 men to do things with other guys for money. I think the actual success will hinge on how it comes across to the viewers. If the guy appears to totally hate what he is doing the entire time, I can't see that being good. But, if it trully appears the guys are curious, willing to explore, and are trully surprised to find themselves enjoying it, I think that would be something to good to see.

it is not time to hit the panic button. Sit back, relax, loosen your pants and have some fun guys. Both the major league baseball season, and the new run of Broke Straight Boys are both in their infancy. Why don't we all relax and enjoy the ride.

week one: introduce Broke Straight Boys 2.0
episode one: jimmy
episode two: jimmy, rocco, slink
episode three: vinnie, zach
week two:
episode four:

keep em coming

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. The new Broke Straight Boys started out way better than I dared to hope.

Liked the new models. Though being a gay porn model is clearly no job for Jimmy; he would be great as a cashier.

Compliments as well for Matthew our new narrator, he has is own style, and is really cool.

Let me just say that we had all become use to the way things were done in years past. Anytime there is a change, there will be those who have likes and those with dislikes. Having dealt with the public my entire life, I know how hard change, of any sort, can be on those presenting new ideas. I hope everyone will give the new Broke Straight Boys an honest try. I plan to do just that. Thus far, it is definitely different. But, I have enjoyed the first three episodes but I hope that some common ground can be found between the old and the new. Thanks to Mark and everyone at Broke Straight Boys for daring to try something a bit different.

Well then I'm afraid you're going to have to be disappointed because if they bring back all the obviously gay men then the site no longer is about straight guys and I will not be a customer anymore. I'm very pleased with the new changes.. leave it to the bitter ones to complain after two episodes.

Q Scott, am really enjoying the debate here. I know you didn't mean this to sound like you have on a full skirt and are flouncing it out the door, but you gotta smile at some of the stuff that's been going down on the forum lately.

Welcome, you got here at just the best moment ever :thumbup1::thumbup1:

Check out www.gaydar.co.uk or www.manjam.com. Eighty percent of the profiles on those gay contact sites have self-descriptions that include the paradigmatic "straight-acting". And the same phrase crops up in most of the "What I'm Looking For" sections on those same profiles. Snobbery among homosexuals, and a fearful desire to look hetero from two feet away, is rampant.

Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! Slimmie, you are too much! I need to start keeping a list of my all-time favorite Slimmie posts and quotes...like this one :001_rolleyes:

qscott, that last post made you sound like the bitter one! lol
I laugh, but not at you, but rather at myself. I remember saying the same thing, several times over the years.
There are thousands of members to this site. I think it would be unrealistic that this site is going to give anyone, everything they want, all the time. It's just not possible. But, don't give up so quick! It's still early. Give it a few months, you might all be pleasantly surprised
