New BTS to be released Tuesday 3/5/19 - "Chatting With Ben, Jos And Richie"

I am very different from probably 99% of the members of the Broke Straight Boys audience, in that with the exception of watching "my type" of what I consider to be hot young, new to porn and possibly to gay sex, "believably straight" guys performing sexually on the site, I am actually more interested in the "reality" aspect of the site. I'm sure that management doesn't care why we are members as long as we are paying members, but speaking for myself only, I am looking forward to this much more than I was to the scene that was released last night. But again channeling the memory of Johnny, "that's just me".

I am with you mikeyank......I wasn't that enamored with the 3way scene (which is why I didn't post anything on the thread) but am looking forward to the interview scene. I know that almost all the posts regarding their scene gave rave reviews but something just didn't set right with me about it. Don't get me wrong, I think 3ways can be very hot under the right circumstances, but this one just wasn't one of those for me. I completely agree with that. Just watched the conversation scene itself. I thought that the interview honestly attempted to address the views of the members as expressed on this forum. Opinions to the contrary, I never saw anything effeminate about Ben, who emphatically and with great detail went into that. My fav bottom Richie, who has bottomed in 100% of his scenes with partners, I thought was gay, and he openly admitted that when asked. It's not his fault that no one asked him that question before, and, when asked in this interview, he answered it honestly. I always thought that Jos Alvarez was bi, and his "I'm straight but open to male on male possibilities" was pretty close to that. Also of interest was Sha up front discussing the different model recruitment situation today as opposed to a few years ago, making it more difficult to recruit 100% straight models and that a mixture of straight, bi and gay models was the result (very close to agreeing to comments David has make on another site). You've said it all, Mike. I loved it and I definitely believe the boys. Benjamin is the straighter one can be in a gay porn site and both him and Jos Alvarez were very honest to admit that they need to have some degree of curiosity to get into this. I agree with everyone here that this was a great addition to an already great site. I do have one thing that I wanted to clear up, though. Sha said that viewers said that they think Ben is gay. While that might have been inferred and maybe said by some, the most common complaint was that Ben was acting too effeminate. That isn't exactly the same. Now that could very well be because he gets "under the influence" when working for a gay site. I don't know and I don't care. When Ben says he's straight I believe him. I would be happier if he didn't act so effeminate as he does from time to time.
All in all it doesn't matter, though. I still Ben!

It was also great to hear from Richie as well, though I can see that he still is a little more comfortable being private. I guess because some of his facial expressions and mannerisms in scenes come across as a little bit effeminate. Maybe I got there in my mind because of the stage name he chose. I mean Ben Dover is one of the most familiar, cheesiest, corniest porn names out there. I couldn't imagine anybody but a worldly gay guy choosing it. My first thought when he debuted here was that no straight newbie model would pick that particular name.

Who doesn't admire a guy like Ben who helps his grandma by restoring damaged properties with his carpentry skills. More than likely they were damaged by Hurricane Irma. That was the worst one to hit the state (as far as the most widespread damage) in many years.


It was very sweet the way Richie got choked up trying to thank the fans. No doubt the income he has been able to bring in from modeling and his camming has really improved his quality of life. Another thought came to mind from watching this BTS. I had commented a while ago that I noticed on the homepage where we have six "Member's Favorites" scenes that four of the scenes include Jake and the other two feature Landon. Two of the models on this BTS when asked who their favorite scene partner was said Landon. I remember Landon was very good looking with a nice body, but my thought was that he seemed "distant" and not engaged, but seeing how popular Landon is, (currently ranked at #11 on the highest rated models list) and how Richie & Jos Alvarez feel that he was their favorite partner, I will revisit those scenes later today.

Another point, being that I am such a freak for the top rated models stats, is that while currently Sky and Jake are #1 and #2, #3 is Ben and #4 is Jos Alvarez, so Sha wasn't joking when he said that this BTS featured very highly rated models. By the way, Richie is right up there on the top row of page 2 ranked #29, which is terrific as we have 21 pages going through the entire history of Broke Straight Boys
