I occasionally watch the many videos on Broke Straight Boys Some I have made as favorites. However, I do watch ones that may not have interested me in the past but do now. He did come back to work for David for three scenes in 2021, but that was his last set on the site. Previously he had worked for Sha in Atlanta. Perhaps he has retired from porn. He was 26 when he started at Broke Straight Boys and every gay porn model has a “shelf life”. I know there are a few exceptions like Johnny Rapid who I always hear about from friends, but they are the rare, rare exceptions.
I was a big fan of Jos Alvarez' Broke Straight Boys scenes as well. I believe that he filmed into his low thirties (he had a youthful look to him so he could do it), so I'm guessing that he found a full time job and retired from gay porn.

Thanks for telling us this Mark. When you actually get to know one of your models, you certainly know a lot more about them than any of us can speculate from merely watching them on our screens. I have lots of respect for Jos Alvarez for performing so skillfully for us on the site while maintaining his real life off the site. If you do chat with him again, please tell him how beloved he still is by most of membership.

I appreciate that David is trying to bring us as many guys who like Jos Alvarez are primarily straight with girlfriends, wives and raising families, who also have a bi side where they can perform in gay porn for pay. JJ and Chris Star and others have babies and need the money for their kids, reminiscent of Jimmy Johnson who had two boys as I recall. Again obviously I joined this site for Broke Straight Boys and while the model pool has changed over this past decade and a half, whenever we can get a guy who considers himself on the straighter end of the spectrum, it makes it way more enjoyable for me to watch.
I believe Jos Alvarez that he was not gay, but his Broke Straight Boys scenes were so hot, and he was so hard and hot in them, that he had to be bi. Even if he preferred straight, how could he be that good in so many gay porn scenes and not be at least bi?

I think he admitted to being somewhat bi curious but primarily straight. Considering he’s only done Broke Straight Boys and a few scenes with another studio I’d say he wasn’t necessarily trying to make a career but just needing extra money. He said he never watched his scenes and never looked at the forum. I doubt he cares what any of us think. Lol. He considers himself straight and that’s all that matters.
