Models to NOT bring back

Your observation - as one who has been a long-time forumite is enlightening. The only "old" (a 1-year ago thread) that I have read through was the one about Mikey, Peter and you getting together in New York. That was interesting and fun to read the adventures of buddies who connected through the forum.

t.

That was a great time with my buddy mikeyank and our 1 day visit with Betu. The thread did go on forever, I have read it many times and it does make me laugh and feel warm inside!!!

That was a sweet thing to say Peter. I guess Christmastime does soften up mean ol' Peter!

I certainly had a great time too!!!! :thumbup1:

I thoroughly enjoyed reading the details of your visit together. You allowed us to vicariously live it with you guys. :)

Hmmmm. I don't think it is Christmas time that softens up "mean ol Peter" at all. It is a natural kindredship borne of the forum and the affinity of respect so many of you guys hold for one another is the true "softness" behind the mean spirit you sometimes playfully project! It's a beautiful testament to forum openness. That thread (I've read it twice myself) proves the power of speech - spoken or written - and how sharing one's self opens doors to friendship that distance, before the internet, would have excluded. Over the years you guys have exceeded Gates' perceived projection (twenty years ago during the Forrester panels) of the potential of global internet deployment. I wasn't a believer of that - now I am. I guess I am now just an old softie...

Yeah I have to honestly say, the whole idea of meeting through corresponding on the forum, and then to get together and meet in person has been one of the most unique experiences I could ever have imagined resulting from a porn site. I give the PTB a lot of credit for their vision. While I don't know if that was their intended purpose, I think the result of people forming very unique friendships and bonding was definitely a benefit that served me and others. As did or does the members being able to come to Pride Events and meet models. I can only say from my feelings and perspective, it's included in my reasons I stay a loyal customer to this site.

Indeed Betu, meeting you and Peter was a totally unexpected pleasure to come out of my joining Broke Straight Boys in 2008 and from Mark beginning a message board aka forum a short while later. We may call it fate, but I like to think it is an example of God working in mysterious ways to bring people together.

I am getting two threads mixed up but I just said the same thing on the other thread. You were there with us Johnny in spirit!!!!! :smiley-love001:
Me too mike. For a second there I thought I did it again posted on the wrong thread. I didn't and I'm glad.lol

To my way of thinking Johnny, there is no such thing as posting on the "wrong thread". The forum policeman has moved on. LOLOLOLOL
