Well I can finally devote some attention to this scene in print. 
I have to say first off that I loved it. haha Some of us have been asking for more substantive conversation from the models beyond just the filler of what each model was going to do in the scene. Zeno Kostas took charge of the intro and the scene itself and gave that to us. He was one of the few models who in the past actually seemed comfortable sharing with us fans the story about how his girlfriend was handling his foray into gay porn. It had been a while though since we had gotten an update on how things were going for him in 2015. We now know that he is working as a dancer in a gay club. He seems happy and upbeat. Johnny said it was layered or something like that and he thinks it's "fabulous", so a different prospective on a subjective matter. I just wanted to state that for the record.

On your first point I agree with the point you are trying to make. Namely that one cannot "change" their sexual orientation on a whim. You are what you are, even if it's taking some soul searching and experimentation to figure it out for yourself. That's why those conversion therapies of trying to change gay guys to straight ones has never really worked and have done so much emotional and psychological damage to individuals and their families. My point would be though that with younger guys especially they are still figuring out some aspects of their sexuality. The Kinsey scale goes from zero to 6. They may vacillate between a Kinsey 2 to a 4. Or maybe from a 3 to a 5. Until they settle on what they naturally have been born with all along. Only they know what's in their hearts.
I get very uncomfortable whenever I put myself in a position of trying to speak for someone else's sexuality. The point I was trying to make though is that Zeno Kostas (who I adore by the way) has likely moved about 2 points higher on the scale. With no intent to judge or offend at all... I'll go out on a limb here and say that when Zeno Kostas arrived as a possibly straight-curious guy, he has possibly gone from a 2 to a current lifestyle of maybe a 3 or 4.9. In ten years he may be living a life in the 2 range again. Or not.

I'm gonna be the diplomat here and try to split the difference. lol As you say, it's extremely subjective and in the eye of the beholder. I like Zeno Kostas with the long hair. I'm not saying that he should cut it. As Johnny says, it's a nice haircut in itself. It's layered well. In this scene though, whether it was moussed intentionally or just wet from the shower, I didn't care for the tousled look and the long flyaways. I would have preferred it to look more dry and combed out.
