Josh Duggar filed a request for a court-appointed attorney on Tuesday, May 27, claiming he cannot afford to hire one himself. Duggar also revealed he hopes to file a motion to vacate his 2022 conviction on child pornography charges, for which he is serving more than 12 years in prison.
