I, too, missed the squeaking. I must have had tunnel vision focused on all the hot sex. At first I was concerned that Johnny was in pain most of the scene....then came the line, "fuck that hole". That's interesting to know. The idea that the rehearsals and photos are more akin to posing in the positions rather than getting into some of the hardcore thrusting. Plus, I guess deep down inside it's something that I've always wished to be true anyway.
