Ok all, I'm back. Went to watch the news and get supper together. Those chops turned out real good on the grill and then that sauce just added to the flavor.
I decided to fix spanish rice and a variety of vegetables as well.

From what I have been reading, sounds as if Australia is rich in history. It is too bad that development is taking over though.
I seen on the news the other night where commercial development is wanting to build businesses right outside the entrance to a few of our Civil War Battle Sights. That don't bother too much as long as they don't start building and destroying the actual Parks and Monuments. That would really piss me off as I am a huge history buff.
