Good evening guys.
Another beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest. We made it up to the mid 70's. About the same for tomorrow but the marine layer will last longer, then we have a slight chance of showers on Tuesday, but from there through the weekend is looking good with temperatures back up in the mid to upper 70's.
Well, I fixed a pork roast in the slow cooker today for supper this evening. Had seasoned egg noodles and green beans to go with it. I have my potatoes already boiled off for the potato salad tomorrow. Still am going to grill hamburger and hot dogs for our Memorial Day supper outside. Will fix Boston Style Baked Beans (Bush's Baked Beans).
