The logic goes something like this. If you are getting fucked it is just meaningless casual sex for fun. But if you let another guy kiss you then that is breaking into our emotional bond. Kissing a stranger is too intimate. Nobody can kiss you but me. And you can't kiss anyone else. That's infidelity.
Not saying I agree with all that. But that's somewhere along the lines of the thinking process.
