I am one of the ones that are planning to stick this out at least for a while before jumping ship so please don’t consider this as a slam or put down in any way toward the new Broke Straight Boys I am just curious since so many people have been throwing comments back and forth just how many folks are enjoying the new Broke Straight Boys 2.0. Please no long winded hate speeches or ext just simple comments do you like it or not.

I voted for I like it and think it is going to improve. I had gotten very bored with the models and scenes for approximately the last year. As David has told us, he also got bored doing the same old thing, often with the same old models. As much as I enjoyed many of the models initially, on the old site, to keep bringing the same guys back, over and over, was not what "Broke Straight Boys" was all about to me. Once they expanded their limitations, (or not), we knew what to expect from the core group, and I could no longer have any fantasies about them being straight guys, doing something new.

And of the new models from the last year, very few excited me. I just went back to look at the titles and photos of the most recent scenes under David's watch, and decided that the Mike R & Josh vignettes from June of 2010 were the last series that really excited me. The new models after Josh did not do it for me at all.

I like the new models that Matthew has brought to the studio, (except for Matt, from today's update). Based on the previews on the non-members page, we have two oral scenes, and two anal and oral scenes coming up involving the new guys. That is why I voted for, I like it and think it is going to improve.

The format has to much talking and not enough action. We know if there is a video they are going to have sex.
I'm used to the old format and I think old format with a combination of the best of the old models and also the new models.

With the exception of Matt, from today's update, I like all the new guys and think they're pretty hot. While I don't generally like too many tattoos, at least the ones on these guys aren't overkill and seem to be well placed and thought out.

What I *hate* about the new Broke Straight Boys is the lack of sex! I hate jo scenes, whether solo or side by side. No matter how you slice it, jo scenes are BORING. While I agree and appreciate that they are sometimes necessary, they should never be the primary content of a site like Broke Straight Boys..especially weeks after the launch of the much anticipated -- and headlined -- roll-out of the 'new and improved' Broke Straight Boys

And I enjoy watching supposedly straight guys have dildos and other manufactured items used on them even less!!!

I agree with you Mike, when you say the guys on the old Broke Straight Boys were getting boring because of being seriously overused over and over again. I also agree that it wasn't very exciting to watch obviously gay actors either (Price, and his eyeshadow and lipstick come to mind, along with his taking female hormones); I too much prefer guys who are easily perceived (thus fantasized as) being straight.

But what is very frustrating and annoying here, is the apparent lack of understanding that on a porn site, you expect to see, well, sex! Not weeks of jo scenes, a single one-sided oral scene, and a lot of talking and interviewing and flashing around of prop cash.

Unfortunately I have cancelled my membership, my last day as a member is April 28. I didn't do so to be spiteful or mean, but instead to vote with my wallet that I do *NOT* support the lack of hot sex on the site. When I come to Broke Straight Boys, I expect to see hot sex as the staple on a very regular basis, not a bunch of jo and Dildo scenes.

If enough people cancel, they will realize that they failed to launch the new site successfully and need to make a really fast change otherwise the membership base will continue to erode.

So far, the new Broke Straight Boys is a failure as I see it and I cancelled to show my lack of support for this new format.

As a charter Broke Straight Boys member back in 2006, with only a couple months of lapses in continuous membership since then due to cancelling, I estimate that I have paid upwards of around $1,000.00 in recurring membership rebills to Broke Straight Boys since I initially joined back in 2006.

I will definitely be back, if the sex starts getting hot between two hot straight boys.

If the trend continues, more jo and Dildo scenes than actual sex, then I'll support other sites who provide hot sexual content on a regular basis that I insist on in order to remain a supporting member. I'm sorry but they lost me once I saw that the next scene to come out is some guy having a Dildo used on him...at a supposedly "Broke Straight Boys" site????? Please!

I'm very sorry to hear that you are leaving us Abe. I hope you'll be back soon. I am staying becuase I want to give the new site a chance. I will agree with you though that toys in porn have never done anything for me either. Watching a plastic toy go in and out of a hole is just ho-hum to me. Dear Abe & Ms. Kianna and her compadres,

I would like to begin by saying I hate to see such a long-time fan, such as Abe, leave a long-time favorite site. Your participation and views will be missed here on the forum. The changes brought on by a change in management has reduced all collective history and wisdom of Broke Straight Boys management back to ground level. Lessons learned the prior 6 years are not being utilized to bring current members the benefit of subscribing to a long-running site.

The Broke Straight Boys membership is much more broad in their tastes, when it comes to the episodes currently being portrayed. We all value the mostly straight women on the forum and do not want to "throw them out with the baby's bath water". As loyal Broke Straight Boys fans, they should not be excluded from consideration when it comes to the subjectmatter and choosing the way episodes are put together. Some of the very models they appreciate most do not fit the mold of Broke Straight Boys-2 first six episodes. What I liked in the past about Broke Straight Boys was that its niche was not so much that "ONLY VERRIFIABLE STRAIGHT BOYS" were called upon to perform. Had that happened, I think we all would eventually have been bored to tears. Most recently, we have been bored to tears with the "Bottom of the Barrel" episodes that often left a bad taste in our mouth and somewhat staining the usually great work David accomplished at Broke Straight Boys The Bottom of the Barrel episodes were at best "factory seconds"! As such they should have been mostly considered as "out-takes", a footnote, and nothing more than filler with minimal pay dirt included.

While Ms. Kianna makes it a point that Jimmie Slater (Gay, but very masculine acting model) was her own "PROPERTY" and I have often had to call into question this stated fact by claiming , "No, he was mine"! I think we both can appreciate each other's take on Jimmie and not find it necessary to say "if you don't like it, then go elsewhere on the web." Afterall, that is not very welcoming or civil. There are lots of other sites featuring exclusively "Gay Boys". The funny thing is neither Ms. K nor I would ever suggest current members having tastes limited to straight boys only, should have to leave the site to find something not available on Broke Straight Boys

Personally, I think we should celebrate our "diversity" of opinions, tastes, and sexual orientation within the Broke Straight Boys family. Not everyone on site has to be clones of each other. This is the great big advantage Broke Straight Boys has historically had over other sites. This was the niche originally carved out with Broke Straight Boys-1 and references to New Coke should be reminder enough that sometimes it is best not to re-invent the "Wheel". Due to our diversity in our membership, this is why our forum has had such widespread appeal in the past. Surely, by narrowing down the content on episodes to strictly what the title would imply, most of the Broke Straight Boys legends starting with Tyler and going on and on would have had to go elsewhere, had such strict adherence been followed earlier on. It makes me wonder if we practice tolerance of other's differing views. Hopefully, this simple fact should not be forgotten by the membership at large.

I want to celebrate the many contribution's the fairer sex has made over the years to Broke Straight Boys's success. When I first came to Broke Straight Boys a year ago, I was somewhat surprised and slightly put off that we had women members, many of them straight, on a gay for pay porn site. Yet, one has to admit that our women members have provided much warmth and understanding at large, while occasionally functoning as a shoulder to lean on as well. They have exhibited the fact that their sense of humor is every bit as fully functioning as is ours. Their appreciation for certain models is every bit as fierce as the gay guys loyalty, too. We need to view this site as a "community of friends" as opposed to a "community of adversaries".

There is a lot to gain working for the common good of Broke Straight Boys members without having to further divide and sub-divide etc. Lets accept each others diffenences as unique gifts they bring to the site, while avoiding telling others where they may go, if they do not find exactly what they want. Inclusiveness is much better quality than being "Exclusive only".

Thanks Abe for being a Broke Straight Boys trailblazer! We look forward to your return when things get settled! Thanks, too, for the many contributions Ms. Kianna, Lovelumps, Ms. Diedra and the rest of the girls, benefitting us with their insights and good taste! If Broke Straight Boys is to ever succeed returning to its former glory, we need to join our efforts cooperatively to encourage change we ALL can believe in and enjoy together!

I miss David terribly, I miss the hot scenes he has produced for us since 2006, I can't tell you how many times his product has satisfied my lust to watch hot man to man sex from a voyeuristic perspective. And even though I've found fault with some of the old scenes, mainly because I wanted to see new stuff and new Broke Straight Boys instead of the same ones over and over, for the most part I loved the product they were putting out at a staggering rate. How many other sites give you at least two new updates per week, full access to the bonus sites, participation in the forum, for a very reasonable price?

But not only was the content hot, but I grew to love David's humor both in the scenes and on the forum as well. While not every single scene they produced was scorching hot, most of them were.

It's possible that things will start to pick up on the new and improved Broke Straight Boys, but as of the first several scenes without David and D&E Productions producing them, I am not at all impressed.

Except for Matt in today's update, I think the guys are hot. BUT, they don't impress because they don't have sex with each other. And without hot sex, you don't have a hot porn site.

I am going to support David and follow his crew over to StraightRentboys where I can once again here him interviewing the boys and making us laugh, and then get down and have hot passionate sex with each other.

It's been a great gig, but I think the gig is over with Broke Straight Boys as we know it. If they're going to focus more on guys jacking off and sitting on dildos rather than having hot sex with each other, so be it.
