The quality of the video stunk. Many pauses and freezes. Acoustics were awful especially in the portion after the interviews. Sha is usually better doing these things. Hard to get much from new guys. I agree with previous remarks about Johnny, I could watch him for hours. Where were the bloopers? Why was this video not done like all the other behind the scenes or interviews instead of on Quicktime?

A better gift to the members from Broke Straight Boys would have been an extra scene this week on Christmas Day!!

The one new guy isn't exactly what I call believably straight, but even if he is, in fact, straight how "broke" can he be if he is going to Hawaii for the holidays?

Hopefully this "gift" is the last gasp of what has been a disastrous late autumn run here on Broke Straight Boys and once - hopefully sooner rather than later - everything is set up in Denver things will improve.

I wish I had the same level of enthusiasm about Broke Straight Boys that I did this time last year, but I don't. Hopefully 2013 will get it back for me.

Sorry you didn't like it. I thought I did ok on the video without any lighting or a boom mic. It has been awhile since I have filmed so bare with me.

On a positive note, I love the concept of more BTS for us to get to know the models better, and I've gained a new level of appreciation for Johnny. He is not physically "my type", so I've never been as "in love" with him as many of his fans are, but watching him in this setting, allowed me to see that he is both very handsome with a great smile, and that he has a wonderful laid back fun loving personality. I definitely enjoyed watching and getting to know Johnny better.

The big negative for me was that the other two models are unknowns, (and not terribly attractive either), and their presence in this episode was a total waste of my time. I am a huge fan of Broke Straight Boys, and the prospect of spending twenty minutes or so watching some of my favorite guys in a non-porn setting is a lot of fun, but I need to care about who I am watching to be able to enjoy their off camera antics.

They don't even have to be my favorites in the scenes to hold my interest, but they do need to be recognizable for me to care about them. An example was a BTS a while back that included Darren, who I do not enjoy in the porn, but I found him charming and intelligent in this informal setting. And the other alternative that can be satisfying is to show me a really hot guy like Kodi in his famous "fried bologna" episode, but showing me two unknowns who are not terribly hot defeats the purpose of this venue.

Great idea Mark, and thank you for the effort, but the cast and the execution were rather disappointing. Sha as always shows his wonderful personality in hosting, and I am hopeful for greater quality BTS with models that I can relate to and care about in the future. As a huge fan of this site and I am always optimistic for improvement, and a greater level of satisfaction into the New Year.

Actually I didn't even see the video because I was not able to get it to work AT ALL!! It just kept on loading and loading over and over again and nothing happened!!

If I remember well, Scorpio told me that the Behind the Scenes video's are not hosted in 'the cloud', but on a separate server. Back then I asked, because new "behind the scenes" video's stalled too in the first few days after Broke Straight Boys uploaded them. When I tried later the video's played without problem.

This time I decided to download the movie first... and watch it off-line. Anyone who uses FireFox can download the "FlashGot" plugin. After install one can select "Extra" menu option (or CTRL-F7) to download the video. (Mail me if you need my assistance)

So you filmed this yourself Mark... you have a great voice for video. True, the acoustic in the room was not optimal... but that only makes me focus extra on the speech. And wow do you guys talk fast compared to newsreaders, it really helps my English.
From start to finish I watched it with a big grin on my face, and I laughed a lot. The clothing done by Doce Gabbana is in true Chrismas spirit. It's these behind the scenes video's I love so much! Happy to hear that more is coming is our way.

Thank you Mikey for saying everything I didn't have time to say. There were some issues with acoustics. And don't worry Robert (rrhill), even us native speakers of the language were having to really concentrate and rewind to hear some of what was being said. Not always successfully. Another BTS scene was a great idea. It's just not as enjoyable when two out of the three models are unknowns. And I know Mark that you knew you wanted to film a BTS vid quickly and you had the only models available to you at the time.

I can't say that I'm chomping at the bit to see the new guy on the left perform naked. But time will tell how he does on camera for real. He really gave us nothing here of substance to introduce himself to the fan base. He contributed so little and held back so much, that his presence was more of a distraction than anything. Johnny and Joey were the stars of the video for me. Even though it still ran about 8 minutes too long at the end. lol

We found out that Johnny Forza's nickname around the set is "Johnny Four Hours" because he takes so long to cum. LOL That was cute! I had been a little disappointed that we did not get a Christmas themed video with the models this year. So I really did get a kick out of it when I saw Johnny and the other models all decked out in garland and stockings. Thanks Mark!

The new model Joey, while not having movie star looks, does melt my heart with his story of getting a gf pregnant at 18 y/o and then having to drop out of college. So I will be eager to see how he does here and if he can make enough money to help himself with the bind he has found himself in. Johnny of course was the star of the scene here. Would we rather have seen him in a BTS vid with Johnny, Blake, Paul, Colin, Ayden, Jason or any number of other fan favorites? Of course. But Mark worked with what he had.

I do hope we will keep getting more BTS vids. As Mark gets more practice, sound issues get worked out, and as better known/more popular models get the chance to be interviewed, I'm sure it will only get better. So thank you Mark. The BTS format is a great way to add value to the site for members. Please keep at it!

i found it interesting to watch how three guys presented themselves. johnny seem to be the most engaging of three. joey gave a convincing story of boy giving his girlfriend the gift of life. jerek
