Ok, everybody has had a chance to put their two cents in but enough is enough. Im fortunate enough to know more than a couple of them and for the most part what you see is an act. If you truly believe that the majority of them have never had sex with other men, you're crazy. There are some great young men in this group and they are old and mature enough to make the choices they want to make. Their is risk in everything we do in life so lets no go crazy.

Please get back to just enjoying or not enjoying the videos based on the models and the scene. The constant commenting about to bareback or not to bareback is getting OLD real fast!

Sorry Tyler, but I have no intention of leaving the site, at this time, and if a scene has barebacking in it, how can I not bring it up if I am giving my opinion of the scene?

Exactly! You don't approve of barebacking... You may express your concerns in BB-related threads but there's no need to re-ignite the same debate in all those threads related to specific episodes. And YEAH, there are other sites out there which won't allow it. Join them instead!

Hey... It's kinda funny... I was gonna recommend joining another gay-for-pay website (very similar to Broke Straight Boys) David Adamson (formely of Broke Straight Boys) is now in charge of and guess what? They too now do bareback!!! lol

Regardless of my personal feelings, was your goal in the highlighted section, to make people feel bad? That was not about anyone's feelings about bare backing. That was about telling the people here that they are not good enough for these models, and any attention they get from them is fake.

I don't know how many of these guys call you their friend, but I doubt they appreciate the light you just cast them in.

Re-igniting the same debate over and over again in all those threads that are not specifically about barebacking or its morality goes beyond expressing your opinion; it's flaming! It's simply your attempt at protesting and having things come back to the way they were but it's frustrating for those that just want to HAVE FUN, discuss the scene without suffering the same deate over and over again. We're past it already!

Actually Tyler...I'm in agreement with some of the things you said. I'll go ahead and bring over my response to LM from the other thread.

You ask a serious question LM and I'll respond to it speaking for myself. I would never bash you for asking this in any way. I certainly hope this BB firestorm will subside quickly. It doesn't surprise me that we are going through this so early on into the introduction of BB on the site. It's the very beginning and it's a difficult adjustment for many of us. However I agree with you in hoping that every single BB scene coming up for the next several weeks is not going to generate all of this negative drama and thrashing about. At some point it will have to subside to a more gentle concern for the models, while still allowing us to enjoy and chat about the scenes in peace. No amount of rancor, ranting or anger is going is going to stop BB on the site.

People come here for a fun escape from the stress of their real lives. People don't pay money to come here for the purpose of being stressed out. They want the opposite of that. For the good of the site, as well as the psychological wellbeing of forum members, at some point we'll have to...however grudgingly for some of us...get back to some peace and tranquility. I completely agree with you. It was not necessary on a subject supposed to be about barebacking.
It seems like some people really have no respect or regard for the models so they think people who do must be dellusional or stupid for even caring about them.

I couldn't agree more. Everyone is enitled to their own opinions. I want to enjoy the forum and the models and stop talking about BB as I've said my piece on the subject already.
I also understand why people are still talking about it.
I'd love to just enjoy the forum though and not have to think about BB anymore... That would be just awesome.

Are you an active member on the forum? You have a very low count posts for someone who's been around for years... (barebacking only started recently so that's not the reason why you don't post).
In any case, why don't you just post your opinion and only reply to the posts you found interesting and ignore the rest?

Although I have recently made my stance regarding barebacking, I agree with the author of this thread. Constant whining and whimpering on each thread merely creates a war amongst friends or what were previous friends. If Mark and the rest of the management gave two hoots then they would step in but they have not and probably will not.

I agree with all of you, people who think bb scenes are wong should just SHUT THE HELL UP. However Bashing models and or other people on the forums is WRONG. There should just be one thread about anything to do with bb. To BB or not to BB, that is the question! (Sorry for raping a bit of Shakepeare, but I am English after all, and an ex theatrical type).

Everyone has an opinion on this, and it is their own personal opinion. They have a right to voice said opinion. But that is all it is, their own personal opinion, and it gives no one the right to berate others who disagree with them.

Equally so, it is a models right to decide on whether to go bareback or not! If they are old enough, (and brave enough) to do porn, they they are old enough to make their own decisions as to whether to use condoms or not.

ALL models should recieve our support, whichever path they decide to travel down, and not have to face the wrath of the membership who disagree with what they are doing!!!

On the subject of the models themselves and how they interact with their fans, all people in the public eye need the goodwill of their supporters to be able to carry on. It's the public who make you, and the public can soon break you, so it is obviously in a performers interest to foster a good relationship with their fans, and most are grateful for the recognition that they receive. This is the one part of your post that I'm not in agreement with you Tyler. You start out with factual information but then you go into some sweeping subjective judgments and generalizations of forum members. Just because we feel strong and genuine feelings of affection (or even protectiveness) for any particular model(s) doesn't mean that we are all deluded into thinking that we are besties with these guys in real life. I myself am not losing any sleep at night because Colin, Johnny or Blake aren't calling to wish me goodnight or ask me about my most recent doctor's appointment.

The positive feedback that that generates helps boost their self-esteem and it also helps them to hopefully get more paying work into the future. It's a mutually beneficial arrangement. Thank you Tampa! I've been trying to compose a response to this part of Tyler's comment and you've just said everything I wanted to express, so I'm scrapping my half written comment and just saying, I agree.

I enjoy many aspects of the forum but one of my favorites is that if I wish I can act like a ga ga schoolgirl mooning over a model, without harming or interfering with another soul, something that I wouldn't dream of doing in my real, very normal life.
