Salty food would be good. It makes you drink and retain water, and water is helpful the morning after the night before.

Too bad I don't have a trick I learned in Denmark: Gammel Dansk. For those who don't know, Gammel Dansk is a bitters and a great hangover cure if it doesn't kill you first. It tastes awful.
