How do you get some customer service? I have tried emailing but get a form response from "Amber" that does not address or resolve the problem. All I get is a whole bunch of nothing.:cursing:
I have been emailing for several months and that she has done is add numbers and now a letter to my screen name. :bored:
The problem is not on my end, I have tried from several computers. I have cleared my history, adjusted settings and privacy controls etc.:glare:
 
You have not described what your problem is dude. I'm sure there are some computer literate forumites that could help you. Regarding customer service, if I have a problem I pvt Mark.

Great advice Jon.

The only negative thing I have found in going through Amber is only that the process is slower. But once she does respond she fixes the problem for me.

While Mark does not wear a cape he is usually very fast in responding to customer service issues. So Lpdude I'd go through Mark.
 
Thanks for the advice guys but I'm not sure if I want to remain a member. I have been a member for a while probably about 2 years and promises have been made that have not been kept. They keep promising improvements like Listing the models by name so we can find their videos easier amongst other things, but we never see the promises materialize.
I have suggested questions for David to ask during the interviews, nothing. I would have been happy if 1 suggestion was used just 1 time.
Several of the sites, for example the "elite" sites continue to run the same movies over and over. Why keep them they are worn out. Get a new site to replace all of them combined.
I have just become tired of the same old/same old and now that I have had this problem logging in to any site that has to go through HSBoys for over 3 months and Amber keeps doing the same thing over, I have become fed up.
I am looking at other sites and may leave at the end of my paid month.
Nothing against anyone in the forum, I have enjoyed writing and reading what everyone writes even if we do disagree on some things such as the Jordan, Mike Scott video.
I just have to decide what I want to spend my entertainment money on, as a college student I do not have alot to spend.
 
Sometimes it is very hard for us to determine why exactly you are having an issue with HSBoys. If you can login to this site you should be able to login to HSBoys with any issues because they use the same exact database for passwords. I have also tried to help you but like I said it is difficult to determine why you are having an issue. We do customer service on weekends, holidays and respond in a timely manner.

As for adding things you suggest it is very hard because we get so many suggestions and we can't afford a full time programmer right now. We are going to start working on a search function but everything takes time. We get hundreds of suggestions and we always have tons of projects going on at any given time. I would much rather add something more useful than a search function but the members really wanted it so I have decided to do it. We also have some surprises in store for 2010 that we have been working on. As for suggestions we also get hundreds of those so we can't possibly do them all.

As for the elite content I will check into it but that is why HSBoys is a bonus site. I do usually remove content that doesn't update or is repeated but I haven't noticed any lately.

I have to agree with Mark. We do get 100's of request and we do our best to make it happen but we can't promise and guarantee if its going to happen. I think Broke Straight Boys and all the bonus sites are still the best on the market today. For what we offer, nobody can compare when it comes to updates, our commitment to our customers, how we treat our models, plus our customer service.

True story. I happen to become a member to a site (I wont mention any names) the quality was great but the models were boring and the guy behind the camera was super creepy and after a few months the site was boring they started to update the site bi-weekly, I felt it was not worth my membership. I tried canceling my membership and it took me 2 months to get any customer service. I was totally dissatisfied but I didn't complain...I just chucked it up as a bad transaction and I swore I would never join another membership site again.

Six month later, I join another site. I was getting double charged and it took 4 months to correct...but I happen to like the site so I decided instead of the monthly charge..I just pay 6 months in advance. A few weeks later after I purchased the $69 6 months special, the site went out of business and I never got my money back.

Although we can complain about certain things around here...we don't have it that bad and perhaps we are a bit spoiled and we don't realize what other sites are doing and treating there members. The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence but you don't know if its really going to be that much better.

I don't understand why anyone would be unhappy with this family of porn sites. I did have many recurring problems when I first joined, but Amber fixed all of them, or saw to it my problem was fixed, I thought, but the third day the problems returned, so I canx my membership, but before the day was out, my problem with incompatible movie players was fixed, so I said to forget the canx, but I had to sign up again. I did this, only to find management had begun a sale, and I re-joined at a lesser fee. I had to provide a new screen name: that's how kriskokid became kriskokid1.

Not only that, Amber was very cordial and helpful in her e-mails.

Every now/then a flick won't play on my system. I complain and the next day the problem is gone.

My brother is very active in a church that web-casts their services. Almost every week I watch this webcast to see what my bro and sis-in-law are up to. Some weeks the program won't work. Most of the time it does. There is no one to complain to about this.
Sometimes shit just happens. It is possible this same thing is happening when I can't watch a movie here, and the boys in the back room aren't doing a damn thing about fixing passwords or changing movie extensions, and something somewhere in my software is fixing the problem for me.

If you leave here, where you gonna go? Five websites for the price of one. That includes a very good straight porn channel, also. I also think one must agree that management responds positively and rapidly to suggestions if possible. I didn't like their use of camera mikes....sure it would be better if they used a boom, but that would require a sound man for shoots, and Gawd only knows what else. But their picture quality is outstanding, and I guess it's OK if the models groan a tad loudly during the money shots.

That isn't normal. We have a spam filter that catches thousands of emails each day so some end up in there. Can you please try to send us another email? If we don't respond within a few hours pm me your email so I can unblock it.

Yes its normal! That is part of my problem.
I have expalined that in my emails also, but same old canned response!

As has been stated numerous times.... This is a porn site!!! It is for your enjoyment. You as the customer have the choice to purchase the entertainment or not. If you are not satisfied with what you are getting, then you can look elsewhere.
Your current rants and disrespectful tone towards management and other members is not acceptable behavior from anyone. If you are not satisfied, you can leave. It is your choice to continue membership and yours alone. You would not sit in a movie theater watching a movie that you did not enjoy. Likewise, you would not stand up in the middle and start declaring the blasphemies of the studio that produced it nor would you hold the theater accountable for showing the movie. You would either leave the movie or after it was over decide not to watch that movie again.
This is a Porn Site! The studio does more than an adequate job keeping updates going regularly and giving us the "inside" scoop on things. Blu and D&E are amazing companies and the personnel from whom have chatted on this forum are very quick in trying to respond. If you feel you are not a satisfied customer, then you can take that up with management in what ever form you desire. Be mindful, however that, when you blow up like you did over the forum, you represent the 5 year old child pounding his fist on the floor because he didnt get his way.
I will leave you with this...... Your continued membership with this site is YOUR choice.

We all understand that not all suggestions can be implemented instantly. That's been established.

On the other hand, I am currently paying for a utility that's having issues and the company can't seem to find a solution. It's VERY frustrating to be putting your hard work (aka money) into something that doesn't work, regardless of the efforts that may have been made to fix it. You don't pay people to TRY to fix your problems, you pay them to get shit done. Period.

I don't know what the full story behind this situation is, but if it's truly a long term issue with his ability to log in, I can't blame him for being angry.

This isn't to say that management isn't doing everything in their power to resolve the problem, it just means that I can sympathize with the guy.
 
While I agree that we may voice our opinion or complaints on here, I was simply stating that being tactful in how we voice ourselves is important.
Regarding the aspect of being rude, I was referring to:
1) the part when one member asked if not hearing back from management after a couple days was normal... his response to that question after mark's response
2) from the same post regarding "pompous asses"
3) the response to another member whose post that was being referenced in the response i have not found..... about not caring what they thought.
The only other thing I was trying to convey is, if he is not happy here, he has the choice to either stay and "hope things improve" or leave.... it is his choice alone.

I would have never brought my complaints or voiced my displeasure if "management" would have responded to my problem, which has been ongoing for 4 months now. I am simply trying to point out that I have not been able to resolve the problem in the preferred way.

If you look at all of my previous posts I think you will see that I have always been polite and positive in my writings, with the exception of 1 where I was chatized for a spelling error. In that response I simply stated I would try and do a better job in my writings.

I am not trying to be rude or mean to anyone, I am just trying to get a problem resolved. I have tried all other methods but received very little help.

My point exaclty! I am paying for something that I cannot fully utilize. I think that would make any of the people on here mad and eventually frustrated to the level that I am.
I have been trying to resolve this for months but can't get past Ambers solution, and I in no way mean to be disrespectful to Amber, she just doesn't A) read my emails B) know how to solve the problem or c) does not have the power to fix the problem.
I have never put down anyones work on here,nor will I. Last I checked the forum was for making suggestions. If the people on here do not want to read suggestions or open themselves up to criticsm, they should not have the forum for doing so.
Why are the members taking this with such an enbattled stance? I am not saying that the members are the problem. I understand that this is a "porn" site does that make it any different from anything else you pay for? If I have problems with my cell phone should I just continue to pay the bill to the end of the contract without using it?
