Colin, for a relative newbie, you have accrued a large fan base very quickly, myself included. It started with your really hot solo scene and you've just gotten better. For me you are the total package. You have a hot body, and winning personality that comes through in your scenes. And you seem willing to try new things. Now, I know you can't make this decision on your own, but as I've said in previous posts to you, you have to lobby management hard to top. As you know your scene with Jimmy has engendered much discussion on the forum. And your post on that thread seems to state the situation rather fortrightly, that is, that the scene was not rape in any way, shape, or form and that you could have said no and stopped at any point. I take you at your word. However, others seem not to. Is there anything further that you can tell us that would give people a better insight as to how you perceived that scene? I realize that Jimmy is your colleague and perhaps a friend and that Broke Straight Boys is your livelihood, so you might feel constrained in what you can say. But if there is anything you feel comfortable in adding that could assuage the feelings of the members, it would greatly be appreciated.

I have been a member for awhile of BSB1 and BSB2, and rarely do i post on here, actually, i think this was only my second time. In the scene with Jimmy, i felt i had to. Colin I think what you may be referring to is when a new member kept asking Jimmy to do a wrestling and tickling scene, but not a rough sex scene.

As USARick points out above, you were and are a real trooper for taking the blame for this scene, and for your positive attitude and putting a really positive spin on the whole thing.

What I am getting from your above comment is that most likely, it was actually *Clay* who decided he wanted to have you guys do a rough sex scene. Which, in my opinion makes absolutely no sense based on peoples' collective dislike for Jimmy's callous attitude in the scenes at times. Remember, in porn perception is everything. But that's why I feel Clay has no instinct and no feel for what viewers want and I've lamented before that I question whether Clay is even a gay man but instead a wannabe film director/producer getting his start as an employee rather than having knowledge and experience in the industry.

If using common sense and you want to please the viewers and affiliates (and perhaps shore up Jimmy's image some), you don't decide to film a scene that is sure to make people dislike Jimmy even more than they already do.

Colin you are a bigger man than many, as you are taking all the blame, and you are taking the hit for this entire flop of a scene. You are trying to redeem both Clay and Jimmy by trying to make it seem like it was all you and Jimmy's idea to begin with.

Some folks may buy it, but I for one do not at all (I know you don't care what people believe or don't believe...I'm just sayin'.)

Colin, what this has done was prove to me beyond any reasonable doubt that you are one heck of a cool guy. And in my opinion Clay has no business working in porn, unless he's not directly involved in directing and/or producing it because he doesn't have a clue what he's doing.

Colin, not to make this a "Brownie you're doing a heck of a job" moment, but you truly are doing a phenominal job as a performer. So aren't 99% of your fellow dudes on that couch thing, or bed, or whatever that weird looking thing is. But you guys are being handed a dis-service by being portrayed this way, and I for one feel that enough is enough.

You did as you were told, and did your very best giving us a hot scene that you probably hoped we would enjoy. And you absolutely took it like a man, and I'm sure your wife is very proud of you as she should be!

I really think highly of you Colin and I respect you a lot, and so I will definitely honor your request and not state my thoughts and opinions regarding Clay on this thread anymore. And I agree with you that he is likely extremely hard working, I never once doubted that at all. I actually feel really sorry for him because I am sure that he is trying his best.

But as per your request Colin I will shut up about my grave concerns I have regarding Clay's abilities in his current role other than to say I never once felt that he doesn't work hard.
