but Bruce was driving the speed limit. the problem is when tolling another vehicle, on a rain slick road, the ability to stop is made difficult. hitting the car in front of you is the sort of thing that can happen and it did happen. but it is not like bruce was speeding while holding a bottle of wine. just poor judgment.
