Cage Kafig is looking my-t-fine these days! In this scene, however, he seemed a little disconnected. I don't know whether it was from filming a bunch of scenes earlier in the week, or he was sleepy, or he was sniffling so maybe he had a cold. While that made him a little bland in relating to John, it didn't stop him from topping well.
