The attack on the Boston Marathon was not just an attack on Boston or even the United States, but an attack on civilization everywhere. We are all victims of this attack. I'm not sure how the attack was perceived in other countries, but we here in the States have strangely become one nation, undivided again, if for only a short period of time. When our brothers and sisters in Boston grieve, we here in Ohio grieve with them.
Damien may not have been physically harmed in this attack, but he did speak out to let us know that he was okay, whether he was speaking as a Bostonian or a participant of the race and as my fellow brother of this great country, I care what he has to say whether it be on a porn site or elsewhere. When we are affected emotionally as we were with this cowardly attack, it is a good thing to talk about it with family and friends and if we truly are family here as has been said many times, then I care what Damien or any other forumite or model has to say. Had the attack happened anywhere else in the world, I would feel exactly the same.
Time to lay down our differences and become one family again. We may just learn to like it.
