I have had quite a few response times in less than a minute. I don't know any porn or mainstream company that can do that. I know it isn't always like that but we do try to offer the best support for our members and always offer support on weekends, holidays etc.

I've never had an issue. However, hearing the positive feedback from members about Blu support does add to the experience. I know not all issues can be solved easily or in a timely (read "immediate") manner. But, I believe in Blu! (where are the pink hearts??? insert 3 large pink hearts here!!!) I adore you guys!!! BTW, do you have any women on staff? Are you looking to add women to your staff???? Because I'm sure there is something I can be doing for you! LOL
 
I am sure the customer service "department" is great, but MARK:001_wub: and STEVE are the best and fastest ever at helping and responding to the memebers.......and they are so handsome......sigh......swoon.....
 
I had several connection issues last week, sent an email to your support address and nothing came back..

That is very strange. Can you pm me your login to support so I can check it out. We are blocked from some Internet providers so maybe you didn't get the email notification?

Mark I had more connection issues last nite - around 2100 GMT 2200BST 1700 Eastern. It was getting into the members part where I got the error DNS lockup. Then when I finally got in I had trouble posting on the forum - think it was part of the same issue.

I'm glad that you posted this issue Jon, as I too lately have found at various times that the forum is very slow to open up new windows, and I thought that the issue was with my computer.

I also saw that Grace posted the same You tube video twice, for which she apologized, but I have found that when a message is slow to register, folks sometimes post it again.

I do believe that there is an issue that needs to be addressed.
 
Thanks Mark, and I know I can rely on you and your team to sort it out. As someone said earlier in the week, if you don't know there is a problem you cannot fix it. That is why us eagle beagles are hear to report such issues.
 
Mark, I've been a member for several years. During that time, I had two site related problems and both were dealt with quickly and professionally. Your direct involvement in the site is what makes this happen. You have an excellent staff of employees behind the scene and you and they are to be congratulated on a job well done. Many thanks

Phew! I'm glad the problem seems to be stemming from this end. The video I attached on the music thread was so slow appearing by the time it was up and I could double check for typos etc...there were two and no time left to edit. :confused:

hahahaha i couldnt help but notice you included BST as a time zone ... I was curious if that was referring to Brittish Summer Time or a cleverly created time zone "Broke Straight Time lmao"

Well I could say it was a good cryptical statement but it was British Summer time which is GMT+1 or Alpha time with GMT being Zulu. BST finished around the 3rd weekend in October when the clocks go back to GMT. There are about 2 weeks of confusion as America goes back before we do, but generally I always remember that New York is 5 hours behind the UK.
