A word of caution...

I need to throw in my 2 cents:2c: on this topic also. After watching the episode on MTV or VH1 that featured Vadim Black I had my suspicions confirmed, he is a user. It seems as if he latches on to someone and gets what he wants from them and then moves on to the next person. I wonder if he ever told his "girlfriend" what he was going out of town to do for real, other than modeling.

I had a friend (former) in college that had great looks and a charming personality. He would use them to get what he wanted and when someone would finally say enough is enough he would move on. He would brag about how he would get someone to buy him something or pay for something for him etc. Always had the best clothes, tech items etc. but never had a job.

The looks and charm only last so long then reality smacks you in the face.

The tv show that I saw with Vadim Black showed me what I thought all along. I personally do not watch anything that he is in anymore.

When I first joined Broke Straight Boys I too thought Vadim Black was a beautiful boy like most viewers and he still is a very sexy guy having the look that I am attracted to however his personality according to some of the models that have interacted with him is terrible and when I noticed that he was asking for money I was definitely turned off. Now with that being said, I would still fuck him!

Lmao Spartan. You speak for many of us. :thumbup1:

I think in a way we should view these scenes as is not knowing ( or caring about their outside activities to send him money no way!

Of course that is how we should look at the models, but especially with the advent of social media, these young guys realize that they have a way to coax money out of their adoring fans. We have to keep in mind that the reason ALL of models came to work for Broke Straight Boys is to make money. It is a business, and as much as fans may think that they are here to please us, the real reason they are here is to earn money. And some will do whatever they can to get more money from their fans, than the companies they work for are paying them.

Why would people send their hard earned money into cyberspace to help an escort do..........Nothing. Vadim Black is Beautiful.....But I fear "Completely Empty"!

Poor Vadim Black. The curtain has been pulled back and we can see who he really is. I notice Sha said "one of our PAST models" and that's only fitting.

Even with his temper tantrums and bad choices, he will still have a following. He just will never be the star that he thinks he is or that he could have been.

It has been brought to our attention that one of our past models, Vadim Black, in coordination with a past employee of BluMedia (Broke Straight Boys) is soliciting money for future projects. BluMedia does not now nor has in the past supported or been affiliated with the giving of money or gifts to their models. We would advise you to take caution when giving money to those you do not know or those whom you only know via online as BluMedia does not in any way endorse such activity.

I note that sha has no problem identifying Vadim Black; but I wonder why he does with naming the co-conspirator? Who is it, sha?

I'm guessing Damian Christopher? Agree? Disagree? Anyone else have an opinion?

I almost didn't notice your guess at the bottom of your post Stowe in red. That is my suspicion too. Whether it is him or not, I will go off on a little rant about D.C. I did not like him at all when he became Mark's "main man" on the site. I thought he was condescending to membership when he began representing management on the forum with his long flowery, but basically empty posts. The more words he used, the less he actually said.

I was also suspicious when director Johnny Robins, "got sick" and D.C. filled in for him, in a completely different style and Johnny never came back. I didn't like his modeling agency that he began when he left Blu Media, using images of all the boys he shot while working for Broke Straight Boys, but never directly saying if he had any real business connections with them or not, and I'm lead to believe that he lured Sabrina away from Mark as well. This is all speculation from the #1 yenta on the forum, but it is how I feel. If I'm wrong in any of my accusations, I apologize, but I always thought he was a "flim flam man". He did beautiful photography while he worked here, but I thought he became way too important a member of Mark's team, but that's just me. lol

Mike, I don't get too involved here but felt I might be able to shed a little light on the subject. What I will share, I do so with care as I had a unique opportunity, so what I say will be crafted carefully.

About a year and a half ago, I had the opportunity to visit with Mark, Tye, Damian and Ian in Denver. I had a long layover in Denver and I had let Mark know about that and he was kind enough to pick me up and we share some time together. Meeting Ian was an unexpected bonus. I took the opportunity to talk and discuss a wide variety of things. Most of which, out of respect for Mark I don't feel comfortable sharing but I feel one point I can share to help clarify the statement I have highlight. While I was there I was informed that Sabrina was planning on leaving at the beginning of the year (which would be 2015) and that they would be looking for "another house mom". I was given the reason why, which I had no reason not to believe and it made sense. And it had nothing to do with starting a new business with anyone, it was more a personal issue. So what became know to use in 2015 was as such a shock to me as to all of us.

As for Mark, 99% of the membership will never have the unique opportunity to meet him personally. He is, without doubt an extremely caring owner who truly cares about his product and wants and appreciates feedback. Having said that, what he can say on the forum has to be done with white gloves, because as a business, he needs to tread an ultra thin fine line. You can't imagine what he goes through on a daily basis, and I only got a 2% tip of that iceberg. I respect him for what he does and continues to try to do to make this the best site possible and to please his membership. He knows he can't please all the members all the times, so it is always a struggle to fine that right balance. The same could be said for Sha, Damian, David, etc. when they would talk to use on the forum. From a legal point-of-view they have to watch what they say and how they say it. Even then, we, as members, will read between the lines and think whatever.

As a final point, I did not consult with nor communicate with Mark regarding this post beforehand. I was careful in what I said so as not to put anyone or Blue Media into an awkward situation. I don't think Mark would find anything here
objectionable, plus, I have in a past post, mentioned some of this.

I hope this helps.

Vicekid, I have never met Mark and do not have the inside info that you do, and so if he explained to you that Sabrina left Blu Media for personal reasons that had nothing to do with Damian Christopher, then I have to believe you. But my feelings regarding Damian Christopher have not changed, and I am quite pleased that his era as spokesperson, producer, director and "chief muckety-muck" of all things Broke Straight Boys is over by now. It was like a breath of fresh air for me to know that he had left the house.

The info and insights you pass along are interesting, vicekid. Unless you had a previous friendship with Mark that would incentivize his picking you up and, I presume, bringing you to the mansion so you could visit and spend time with the crew, then if I were Mark I don't know if I'd be pleased that you revealed this simply for the reason that he could very well be opened up to countless invitations to visit. - but, hey, that's just me, I'm an olde curmudgeon. Perhaps Mark is the kind of person who would welcome that.

Irregardless of what you were told about Sabrina's leaving, I think you have to admit that the timing is suspicious that we are told of her leaving and then the next week or so we find out she is working with Damian Christopher. Coincidence? Perhaps, But then again maybe her wanting to leave to work for Damian was a cause for the personal reasons she had.

Thank you for sharing. Mark does seem like a caring business owner for both his performers and members.
