I am down to the last 2 days before my membership expires. I have not been on here since my last post and have not even gone back to see what happened after I left.
I did just now look at my public and private messages and I thank you all for your kind words.
The site has gotten dull in general mainly because it seems models are used too many times which is really contrary to original concept of finding reluctant straight boys to do gay things for pay. The "OMG, I can't believe Dave got them to do that!" factor is gone.
Mr. Roger's Neighborhood did its first couple of years with magic trolleys and magic picture frames and the land of make believe. Somewhere along the way, Fred decided to show us the magic trolley control down by his foot and show us that the picture frame was a rear screen projection system and that the land of make believe was an adjacent set. And the innocence and magic were lost.
Broke Straight Boys has reached the same end. The fanatasy is shot. It is just another site with a stable of models. When the episode starts out with "This time I want you to fuck," there is no mystery as to whether Tyler/Austin/Dustin/CJ/Diesal/Anthony/Nelson are really going to do it.
I don't mean to discount the boys talent for having sex on camera, or their budding directorial skills, but just move them over to their own site with a different concept and bring on the fresh horses. And yes, I know that there is a stream of newbies, but the focus has changed from 'what can we get them to do for cash?' to 'Who is going to be the next big star that we can overexpose for a while?'
The very first episode where Chris seemed to be a little tipsy was great. You had the feeling that he was going to wake up the next day thinking "What the fuck did I do last night? What was I thinking?" And then you never saw him again.
Well I bid you all a fond farewell. Tampa24 has my email address. When he returns, you can ask him how to get a hold of me if you have any desire to.
Goodbye,
John
