I've wondered that too. Guys in their late teens and early twenties are not well known for their staying power. I've always been amazed that they have much fewer premature ejaculations than I'd expect. haha But with the magic tricks of filming and editing they always have the option of filming the "same" scene over the course of several hours or even on another day.
