Your astrological sign versus...

What do you feel about astrological signs other than yours? I've noticed something about Leo's versus Scorpio's (me), they don't go well together. I know some of you who don't believe in astrology will think that it's a stupid thing to say but I promise you, it's true lol I argue more with Leo's than any other signs, and most of the times, I cannot stand them. Maybe it's just how it is and they just happen to be Leo's but I found it intriguing.

I don't believe I have any problems with other signs, only Leo's.

I'm not really into signs, but I am a Capricorn..."but not practicing." Supposedly, I am traditional and most likely a type "A" personality. Okay, off the mark there, I am as random and free flowing as they get; it will get done, but probably not by me (I like to hire out) and probably not within any type of scheduled time frame.
Msnbc horoscopes says you are very focused and I can see that from your postings, but how can you not get along with Leo's? They are compassionate and giving...wait, are most of the models Leo's? Yummy, so giving....

I have had many similar experiences with Leos. I dated one very briefly and we broke it off quickly. On the other hand I have a Leo friend with whom I get along very well. But he's much older than I am.

With typical Leos that display many of the common traits, I enjoy their extroverted personalities and their social skills. But for us Scorpios we don't enjoy people who crave the spotlight at all times. We don't want people to launch into monologues when we have no escape. Sometimes Leos think that being the center of attention and the "belle of the ball", also means having to be right on any issue.

For us Scorpios we are thinking, "Well it's okay to take the lead in a conversation, but let other shyer people get a word in edgewise. And if you can't back up that conversation with some obvious intelligence, then you are boring us. And don't get all bent out of shape if you aren't getting everyone's full attention for the majority of the evening/day, etc. Let the spotlight of attention move around the room a little bit so that nobody feels excluded. Just because the lion wants to roar doesn't mean the world is going to stop." haha

Of course all of that above is an example of the most stereotypical traits of a Leo. Rarely are they found in one person to an extreme. For those Leos who want to make the grand entrance and be the center of attention for a while, that's fine. As long as it's in moderation. As I say I really enjoy the self-confidence and extroverted personalities of many Leos. They can really add life and energy to a gathering or a simple conversation. As long as it's not overdone. And as long as they can back up that loquaciousness with intelligent thought.

as a taurus, i find leos the be very challenging. i find myself clashing frequently. on the other hand, the attraction can be strong.
of course, a sun sign alone is like the first digit of your social security number. anyone who understands the system can tell where you received your number, but little else.
i do find that the people i am closest to are scorpios. something about oppoites attracting. i find them fascinating, frustrating and intriguing. generally.

I'm also strongly attracted to Tauruses. I do find them very stubborn and "bullheaded" at times. haha But there is little doubt that the two opposite energies pull each of us together. Even in a non sexual way there is almost a physical pull at times that you just want to stand closer to each other in certain circumstances. Little wonder why I enjoy the company of Tauruses.

I'm also a taurean but I'm also a thinker - maybe too deep a thinker. I have no problems with Leos except when they try to garner all the attention to themselves. Being a taurean, I have to have some of the attention on myself - it has to be 50/50 or fight!

I'm a Sagittarius, and the only sign I have noticed a clash with is Aquarius. The ones I have formed relationships with, seem to be so convinced that their way is the right way, that they are not even willing to hear others.

I like to look at things from all sides, so that is hard for me to deal with. That could explain why I am an Independent............

As a true Gemini, I have no problems with Leo's, Aries', Aquarius', or Libra's!! I can usually get along with some of the other signs as well, but I often have difficulties with Taurus' and Cancer's. A Taurus can be too bull-headed and a Cancer can be too much of a homebody! I can't stand for someone not even try to negotiate!! Also, as a Mercurial being, i like to go out to movies, plays, museums, concerts, etc.

Another sign I have trouble with is Scorpio's. However, I have been married to a Scorpio for almost 38 years! We've had our share of ups and downs, but we have found that we really complement each other! Go figure!

dr. beth that may indeed be the best treatment. when social intercourse gets in the way of a relationship, try sexual intercourse and avoid social intercourse.
sometimes, commercial intercourse helps a relationship move in the desired direction, but is not the preferred treatment.
