My curiosity won't let that last one slide Colin. lol Which religious cult? Was it the kind with messianic, suicidal goals? Like meeting up with a spaceship after drinking the Kool-Aid? Or was it just the kind to make one or two people at the top feel wealthy and powerful? Was it difficult for you and your parents to get out? Are any of your family still in it?

That when I travel for vacations, cruises, trips aboard etc. I always take an escort. It was called the terebinth fellowship. Its goal was to establish a commmune and stockpile enough weapons and foods to be able to hide out from government and anarchy! It was a very inteligent person who was able to brain wash alot of people like most of the cults are. It was christian based and the "leader" was basically the massiah. My parents got into it when they were teenagers in high school and it started off as a bible study and grew. My father was the leaders right hand man so you can imagine how that went. We got out of it when I was 5 and we moved to the mountains. All me and my siblings and cousins were born into it but everybody was able to escape it by about 1995 when it all ended. Not with out fucking up many lives in its coarse though.

Thats awesome man! I rode a dirt bike only once before and hit the gas so hard I just fell backwards and the bike almost landed on me! Worst part of it was I was trying to impress someone! Lol Definitely a facepalm moment! Thanks for sharing on this thread dude!
