Whats Up with BluMedia Support? Lost Balls in Tall Weeds

I have membership to both College Dudes and Broke Straight Boys and about 3 days ago I got locked out of both sites. I sent a ticket in under Broke Straight Boys and the reply was that multiple people were logging in under my User/Password. I don't know how, seeing as I've never given them out. I replied that sometimes I use Firefox, and sometimes Chrome; and some days both. "Ted" re-set my password but it didn't work. So I sent him a new User Name/Password and asked him to change both Broke Straight Boys as well as College Dudes (I mean its the same damn company, same service tickets etc...). His reply was he changed my User/Passwword for Broke Straight Boys - but didn't mention College Dudes! Finally today I was able to log into Broke Straight Boys with my new credentials with no problem.

So I opened a new service ticket under College Dudes, explained the problem and asked to have my User/Password changed for that site. I get a reply back from "Ted" (who couldn't do anything for CDudes 3 days ago). His reply was "I have changed your User/Password for Broke Straight Boys Thank you."

DUH, this new ticket was clearly for College Dudes!!

Is the customer service outsourced to the "Land of Idiots With Their Heads Up Their Butts". After all this time, all these tickets and still no access, I better see a credit coming down. Who else is there to go to?

Go to Broke Straight Boys on this forum (that is Mark, the owner of both sites). Send him a Private Message (PM) and explain the situation and I'm sure he will be able to take care of this problem. He is the epitome of customer service and I'm sure he will want to know of the trouble you've been having.

Hi Ted and myself actually do support tickets so no it is not outsourced. Did you reply to the original ticket or make a new one? Sometimes making new tickets will cause confusion because it doesn't show past history. We are working on a brand new system for support which will be a lot better. Sorry for your troubles with support. You can PM me anytime and I will be more than happy to help you.

ower himself is so available! Amazing,
in my mind.

(Of course, we've all been on porn sites,
probably, where no one in customer or
billing support is every available, and
that's an intentional bit of obfuscation--
the result being that it's hard to cancel
one's membership, for instance.)

You're welcome. Complaints with customer support are rare. A pet peeve of mine is bad customer support so I check support tickets all the time and if you want to cancel we make it easy. We want your experience here at Broke Straight Boys to be awesome and want you to come back and refer others to us.
 
Mark you have always been so responsive to my pm's. I don't seem to have as many issues as the guys over in the US which is strange as I'm in the UK. Whilst I'm chatting to you - please pass my congratulations to all at Broke Straight Boys for today's classic update. xx It's definitely a keeper.
