"If the site isn't doing it for you then by all means find one that does." You should recognize those words, they are yours. I know your defense was for Jimmy. But you inadvertently brought to the fore the main complaint of several subscribers. Darren, Jamie, and Jimmy are the most complained about models on the site. Now you point out how over used they have been. With statistics, no less. I have been on many amateur porn sites that feature gay for pay models and none using so few models have been repeated in these percentages. I did notice that Jeremy Hall on the HS sites uses the same models over and over. Turn over is the spice of these sites. Over exposure leads to boredom for some. I want to point out that what I am posing is an intellectual argument for why some subscribers are dissatisfied with Broke Straight Boys They deserve a listen. They shouldn't be dismissed like they are malcontents. Just sayin'. PEACE!
Larkster, at least they don't pull what Corbin Fisher pulls to this very day. Corbin Fisher, which is a college frat guys site featuring gay for pay, bi, and gay "college age guys" having sex, has been pawning off models such as Dawson and Lucas as "college boys" since 2005!
Dawson made his first appearance there in 2005. He is still, at the end of 2011, starring in scenes. Even if Dawson turned 18 the day before he shot his first scene for Corbin Fisher, that would now make him 25 years old at the youngest (pushing 26), nearly 7 years later. To me *that* is overexposed, pushing the same model on an audience for 7 years. I grew tired of Dawson after his first scene, and am no more a fan of him now than I was when he was a brand new model.
The same went for Lucas, who was supposedly 18 when he first started doing scenes there. At least Dawson looks pretty much the same as he did in 2005 but Lucas has not aged well at all and I swear he looks like he's in his mid to late 30's now. He could pass for a college aged guy back in 2005, but now he should be starring in the "Men Over 30" site. But as of 2010, Lucas was still starring in Corbin Fisher, playing the part of a college kid 7 years after his premiere episode.
Many of us complain when we start getting tired of any particular model being in too many scenes, after all we are fickle and get bored easily it seems like (myself included). But honestly, do you really think we'll be having the same constant Jimmy conversations in 2018? I highly doubt it.
Broke Straight Boys has always been great at showing models the exit door once their shelf life has expired. There are, as in all things, a few exceptions. Most notable are those who had exclusive contracts I believe. It's my understanding that Dustin had an exclusive contract, and thus they kept putting him in scenes in spite of his noticeable weight gain and sudden hair loss which they hid with him always wearing a hat. Mike Robbins, I don't know if he had an exclusive or not but I suspect he did otherwise he probably would have not been asked back for so many more scenes after people started complaining about him en masse.
I think it's been promoted that Jimmy will be making future BTS appearances, which may or may not include an agreement that he also may be performing in x number of Broke Straight Boys scenes as well.
