Read on another post that Draven might have left due to "Late Payment". Then in other Posts I noticed that his name had been darkened out each time. What the heck is going on? He, Devon & Tanner are the HOTTEST Tops you've had in a LOOOOONG Time! I certainly hope Broke Straight Boys didn't let him slip out of their hands! And P.S. Darkening his name out WON't make us forget this Gorgeous Specimin! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is all a misprint.

What's Going On With The "Draven Caine " Situation?

I found a post by me saying that not working at Broke Straight Boys since July was a good reason to go to another site in September. I said bills weren't being paid. I meant phone bill and rent. not that Broke Straight Boys didn't pay for services rendered.

I'm not sure what you mean about Draven's name being blacked out. We don't have any word's censored on the forum, much less his name. Is anyone else noticing a "darkened" name? Our forum software doesn't even have the ability to do such a thing to my knowledge. There is a censored word ability but it would just replace the word with *****. It certainly wouldn't darken a word, so you have me perplexed on that one.
As for your question regarding what is going on with Draven, we wish him the best. He has a lot of personal issues that will prevent him from working for us again in the future. Draven was here for one week but he messed up big time and put not only himself in danger but others staying here. As for details, there will be none forthcoming. Draven didn't leave. He was let go for cause. That's as much as we will share on the matter. As I said, we truly hope the best for him but it's too big of a risk for us to work with him further.
As for payment. Draven was paid an advance before his first shoot, another payment 1/2 way through shoot week and was given the remainder of what was due him prior to him leaving for the airport. This is how payment works for every single model, for every single shoot. Not once has a model not been paid the same week as their scenes are completed. We literally take the models to the bank "caravan style" 1/2 way through the week for them to cash their first checks and then send them home with a second check for the remaining 1/2. We have never paid late, but we have certainly paid early.

Like ANY business, you have a CONTRACT, (thus you haves RULES), and when/if ANY employee makes a decision, whether conscious, OR UNconscious, to VIOLATE a/the CONTRACT, (or any part therein), then this employee becomes a LIABILITY to NOT ONLY the EMPLOYER, but OTHER FELLOW EMPLOYEES of the company, as HE/Draven, was under contract at the time, and in essence a 'reflection' of BSB, or in a broader sense, BluMedia, therefore, what HAD to be done, was done.

Sorry he is gone but I understand the issues that can arise. I won't speculate as to the specific reason but I did note in some work he did recently for another studio he had a lot of marks on his body which were suspicious to me from my experience as a criminal attorney. I am hopeful I am wrong and I will not say anything further about it because I could be very mistaken. I just wish the guy all the best and hope that wherever his path takes him it is to a good place.

Thank you Bryce (and Another1) for jumping in to hopefully end the speculation that Draven left over issues of payment. I'm very sorry to hear that Draven did something so bad that he put himself and others in danger. My other big regret though is that it involves a model who I liked and was so well received by other members too. At least so far he had been at least. It seems that some models I'm just so-so on manage to hang around for a good while, while some models I like, seem to just pass through briefly.
But I'm also grateful to be given the heads up not to keep pining away for more scenes from him here. It's a shame he burned his bridges here with Broke Straight Boys

You're so right Another1 about the dark highlighting of names or words used in the search feature. Now it makes sense as to what thejudge was talking about. It had nothing to do with site administrators blacking out Draven's name out of pique or punishment. If you use the search feature in the upper right of the screen to look for a name, a phrase or even a common words used in a post, it will highlight the sought after name or word(s) in the posts that the search brings up. You could type in "Broke Straight Boys" in the search feature. And in every thread pulled up where the letters Broke Straight Boys are used, it will be show Broke Straight Boys highlighted in black. It will do that with any name or word plugged into the search feature It's supposed to make it stand out more, as a convenience to the person trying to find names or words being searched for within posts.

And the soap opera aspect of Broke Straight Boys is "the hook" that keeps me interested, (besides this forum where I can meet wonderful people like you little Johnny
). I especially felt the soap opera quality in BSB1 where David was so wonderful at making us feel like we really knew the guys that kept returning to the futon with updates on their lives as we watched them progress "step by step" into the world of gay sex. But I do tend to be overly nostaligic. That was then............................and this is now.
Only "The Shadow" knows what the hell happened. But, I am sad about the fact that Daven is gone. His scene with Zander Floyd is one of my favorites and I was really hoping for a rematch between the two. His scene with Gage Owens was also hotter than hell. I thought he'd left for more opportunity with AD where he rose to immediate prominence among the viewers there - being praised for his topping skills (and a lot of questions about why Gage Owens's pride tatoo is covered up by make-up at Broke Straight Boys on their comments board). If the boy jeopardized the "safety" of any model, I hope the boy (Draven) has an opportunity to seek out and get professional support. And, I appreciate the fact that Broke Straight Boys management took action to assure that not happen.
