What happend to HSBoys?

12 hours and not one response from anyone (Mark or Chuck). I find this very upsetting!! My membership isn't any more important then anyone elses, but I have been a continuous member for 4yrs and have slowly watched a lot of my formites leave in the last 9 months due to being disastified with mgmt. I have always defended you guys when others posted their negative thoughts and all I asked was for someone to please help me with the HSBoys problem and I get nothing? I hope you guys haven't made my decision to move on.

You should of got a response way sooner than that. Did you do a ticket, PM us or?

Yes, I sent Chuck a PM this morning and he got right back to me. This is the route I should have went in the first place. Thanks Guys
