You have the same problem I had when I joined up. LOL You entered your photo on the profile page but you did not enter it in the avatar. You have to do both if you want it to show up in both places. The avatar picture is the one that shows up with every post you make. So you will need to program in your photo to the one called "avatar" also. I hope that helps.
After 30 posts I think you are made a junior member. After 100 you are made a senior member. Some how it is porgramed that way. The system will update you automatically. I guess I am kind of glad they don't go higher than senior member though. I am not quite sure I would like being a Grand senior member or something like that. Who knows???
