I don't mind watching this scene as effectively it's going to be a one off and Axel was a model here long before I joined so all the debate about him is academic in one sense as he no longer works for Broke Straight Boys However I do find it strange that a scene that was recorded in 2018 is only now being shown, why bother? The models would have been paid whether they show it or not and from what I have read he seems to be in the Ethan Steel camp of whether you like him or not. I have watched one of his scenes and admit wasn't overly impressed but then I like guys that show versatility, Axel appears not to be one of these. It will be interesting to see how the scene goes down with the current membership as I think it likely that it will score low. I have watched a few of the scenes with Brandon in and really like him so think it likely that his score may suffer.
It’s a big mystery why they hold certain scenes out so long. I think the main reason Axel’s scenes got held were because membership went off on him so bad at the time. So I think they mostly get gay guys who try to butch it up for us. Then we complain about that lol. I’m sure they figure they can’t win, and perhaps they can’t. Two points Rep. One is that the "Johnny & Lucas Bareback" scene from January 2013 is one of the most historic Broke Straight Boys scenes ever in that it was the first bareback scene here and it started the biggest controversy in the history of this forum. I didn't remember that BTS Pete. I just watched it again and I loved it, not just for the Mike part, but seeing Sha and Chuck and Sabrina and the beautiful mansion and seeing the boys like Brandon, Blake, Duncan and Johnny hanging around the mansion. And Damian Christopher who filmed and produced the BTS's back then was a wonderful photographer and it was beautifully filmed.
As far as Mike, I feel bad for him watching his conversations with Sha and Sabrina. This was reality and Mike was trying something that he couldn't handle. I wonder what he thinks about that whole experience now seven years later. Mike wasn't acting. This was very real. Thank you so much Pete for bringing back this most definite "blast from the past" for me!!!!!
