Trouble getting vids to play

I have had lots of trouble getting several of the videos to play. For example I still cannot get Zane Tate and Seth to play. I have tried the streaming, download, and the main vid. They just act like they are loading for a really long time and never play. Does anyone else have this problem? This is not the only one I am having trouble with it is just the last one I have had this trouble with! Please help!

the last several scenes that i have downloaded have given me trouble.
the hd version of window media video seem to download and when it says it is complete and ready to play, it is not ready to play. at some point during the watching it just ends.
so i have to download the high quality version and get to watch the whole scene.
i thought it was me or my computer or the site or the internet. i choose to go with what seem to work.

That is a strange issue. Have you tried restarting. I can see all these videos without any issues but I'm trying to figure out why you are having an issue. I recommend this media player which helps with these issues http://www.videolan.org.

That's ok. I would like to help you and figure out what is wrong. If you can't play any videos it sounds like an issue on your end. The streaming servers are thousands of servers across the world and the download links hit our servers here in the US. Have you tried another browser?

I downloaded Firefox as you suggested, and all my problems were instantly corrected. I have no problems now receiving everything on the site. Thank you very much.

That's great to hear. I'm not sure why your other browser was having issues but this is usually what I recommend trying. Very glad you can view the videos now. What browser were you using before so I can test it?

I was using Internet Explorer (is that a browser). Don't know a lot about computers. Glad you are willing to help us.

no i have not try any other browser. have always used windows internet exploder.
the hd quality wmv of jason and blake played for 13:12 minutes and stopped.
the high quality wmv play the full 17:55 minutes.
is that a browser thing or server thing?
i mean i am downloading all the data for video that is provided. the hd version shows in my windows explorer as a 17:55 minute video file. windows media player vlc media player start playing the file like they always do, only they just stop at before the end.

my administrator had already put foxfire on my computer and now remained me that mark is not the first person to suggest foxfire to me. i learn quickly, you just have to explain to me slowly.
mark, i went back and downloaded the jason and blake scene in hd quality which i like and it worked. thank you.

now i remember why i never used foxfire. i have to download to the download file and then move the file to the Broke Straight Boys folder. never liked that extra step.
for all its problem, window allows me to directly download to the Broke Straight Boys folder.

because of my laziness i will just live with the high quality version of the videos and save the extra step. lose quality, but save time.

my thanks to mark and my computer guy, but i think windows internet explorer and will grow old together.

I use Safire and can only see the videos through download portal method even though I use a desk top (IMac)
