Hey Baal....kind of agree with you in a lot of respects but cannot get enough Logan and Diesal so they can keep coming back as often as they want!

Baal, you make some great points here. I do kind of agree that it is always nice to see the new guys and their reactions. Holden is proof of that. I don't think Holden would have reacted without the comfort of Jay and Logan present. That is just my opinion. (Should of, would of or could of can always be argued after the fact. LOL.) However, I do like to see the older guys perform too just to see how far they have progressed and their willingness to perform. What I think many of the members want to know is if the guys have formed any friendships with the guys they have worked with and if they would ever mess around behind the scenes. Boys having less obvious physical appeal is a very subjective thing. I find guys like Tyler and especially Logan to have as much "physical appeal" as anyone to me. However, eventually many of the favorite models will be faded out to make way for the newer models...this is when we get swamped with requests to bring back the older models...LOL. At some point, we have to put our foot down and make the decision not to bring the model back. In some cases, the models find a good job or they are enrolled in college and can't come back to work. Wow, you guys. This is some really good stuff. And I really agreed with and appreciated David's comments here too. Jayman you made so many points here but I will only try to address a few. Just as in an earlier thread where I spoke of "veteran models" I think they should be challenged more if they want to keep getting more work. To have an older model do a scene that looks just like one he did 2 years ago, with no real progression...I think is boring and rather pointless. Every model will reach a point where his shelf life expires and some fresh new face comes along. Just like in fashion modeling.
Baal has his point to make about some models becoming employees. That's sort of true in the sense that David has put a few of them under exclusive contract. When David "discovers" a hot promising model it only makes sense for him to put them under an exclusive contract so they don't go around to a bunch of other studios. I agree with elyot1 that the mix is about right. But I suspect that a lot of it is just blessed good luck and a lot of grind, trying to organize sessions with the mix of boys who are available and willing at the time, reasonably compatible and fairly hot, and not freaked out at the idea of another guy's stiffy a foot away.
