I must once again disagree with my friend Rep on this issue.
I worked for over thirty years as manager of a business where I hired the help to work in the warehouse. There was a time when the owner of the company told me that there was dog shit on the sidewalk in front of our building and to have one of the workers clean it up. I asked one of the stock guys to do it, and he came back to me very angry and said, "It was not part of the job description".
Much the same way, unless Sha specifically tells the models that they are required to get fucked to work on Broke Straight Boys, then the model has the choice. If there is more pay for bottoming, all the better, but if a guy still decides against it, then I totally respect and support his decision. It would make me very uncomfortable to learn that anyone is coerced into doing something that they hadn't agreed to doing upon signing up for the job.

No body gets tied up and fucked on Broke Straight Boys, but it’s a rare bird that doesn’t try it. If they won’t they don’t stay with the exception of your hero Jimmy Johnson. I’m pretty sure they talk to the models about this up front. They may make a few exceptions for really pretty guys like Axel that they try out but generally they all take their turn on the bottom and that is exactly how it should be. I don’t think Diesal or Cage Kafig or Tyler White or Johnny Forza or Abram Hoffer would have ever bottomed if it wasn’t BSBs policy that they all need to be versatile and try it.

Here's the deal as I see it, and this is for Broke Straight Boys-2018/2019. It has nothing to do with my "vast knowledge of Broke Straight Boys history". lol
And I am not talking about the boys who "make the rounds" from studio to studio. They are obviously expected to and willingly ready to get fucked. I am talking about the few "new to porn" boys like Jake, or Jonny Cox or Ashton Taylor, or Axel who simultaneously did his first porn for this studio and another. From what I see on the BTS, Sha tells them that they should do whatever they feel comfortable doing and that they will get paid more for the more that they do. Then as in any free enterprise operation, if management wants more than the model is willing to do, they end their employment here. Simple as that. No one is "required' to my knowledge to do more than the feel comfortable doing. It is not "indentured servitude" here either. The model comes to Broke Straight Boys of his own free will. If management tells him that he has to do more than he is willing, then he leaves. Just like in any other job.
Now I need to go out and catch the subway for work. You have ten hours to rebut my argument, and I will have a bit of time to counter rebut before the Duke - Carolina game at 9 PM tonight.

What if he felt pressured to try it, filmed one scene and decided not to come back? So many of you love him so much. Would you be willing to lose him all together? I’m honestly just curious.
It's not glaringly obvious, that's a viewer perception. What is obvious is that what a model does is HIS choice.
I'd still vouch for the guys to try it though! And if they really can't do it well so be it - it's painful to watch anyway. But there are many cases in which they ended up loving it, in which case, I just love watching them! Besides if they're straight then they probably don't do that in real life, right? I agree Broke Straight Boys has always tried to get the boys to experience the whole range of gay sex from blow jobs to top and bottom. They don’t always succeed but that’s what I and many members want to see them try it all.
