The Forums: Addictive or an escape?

Ok, I just saw a new posting in the forums. My heart sank.

I know. I don't think it will last. They will take of it I'm sure.

I pray it has been taken care of. My heart sank too.

Sticks and stones etc etc...

Looks like it was taken care of Louis.Be Happy..

What in the hell are you guys talking about? No need to be cryptic here if, as stated on another thread, we are all friends and/or family!!

Hey Stowe,

It was because Nobelegg tried to come back yesterday under a different screen name. I think those of us who saw it didn't want to respond to any of his posts and get him started again. He posted a couple things, testing the waters to see if he would be banned again. From the looks of it, he was indeed banned again. :thumbup1:

Alright Louis!

I don't believe i'm addicted to the forum, but your thread title has definitely got me thinking about why I come here. Obviously I love the site as a whole but I stick my head round the forum door cos I enjoy seeing people's comments and reactions, I enjoy the interaction and I've enjoyed adding to it. And, for the most part, the people here are characters whose voices I can hear in my head when i'm reading their posts. So,in sum,i guess it's my escape. Another community away from my own community. Where everyone happens to love cock.

Ash, when I read that, I was LMFAO! I do the EXACT same thing! Glad to know I'm not the only one! Ha Ha! But actually, there are two voices (forumites) that I have heard, Mikeyank and Another1. They have both appeared in BTS footage! They write very similarly to the way they speak! I hope to see more forumites and hear their voices as the Tours of the Pride events occur! That would be AWESOME!

I just hope one day we can all just sit around a fire, have a beer and talk...preferably at the Broke Straight Boys Mansion!

After reading your post I realise I do the same and when I read posts I put voices to each of them and I like the escape from reality even for the briefest moments I imagine that I'm at a bar or something and everyone's sat round a table drinking and talking just a shame that the drinks aren't real.

Sorry I know that comment might seem a bit random but I haven't Sussed out how to do what you all manage to do with the comment your talking about in the same box as yours how thick am I. Seeing the mention of the Broke Straight Boys mansion you've got me wishing I could be there for the weekend  you never know I might get to visit in my dreams

I'm no computer genius either Dan, but I've been around here so long that I've figured out my way around these forums.

At the bottom of every post in the lower right corner, it says "Reply" and "Reply with Quote". If you click on "Reply With Quote", that person's comment pops up in the box, and you just type after the second word {/QUOTE} and voila your post appears with the other person's quote in the box. Believe me Dan, if I've mastered it, it cannot be terribly difficult.

Yes. Dan. As Mikey says, you just hit the Reply With Quote to the other person's comment in the box above your own response. Be careful though not to chop off any part of the last line of the last quote box who you're quoting. It should look like [/QUOTE]. The beginning one loos like
. If you chop off any part of that it will combine both posts into one big jumble. If you accidentally erase part of that, you can still just type the quote box back in.

If there's other basics of using the forum that we can help you with, please just ask. Just about anyone in here would be happy to help you. :)

Gosh Johnny. You really were behind the times if you were still paying for long distance in the U.S. I haven't paid for long distance calls in the U.S. (even on a land-line phone) since early 2003. lol And I don't pay for long distance calls on my cell phone either. lol I have unlimited. And I don't have to follow any of that "only free after 9 pm" or only free on weekends, etc. There are deals out there for both types of phones that offer unlimited calling anywhere in the U.S. for one flat monthly rate.

I sure agree with Jon that we all love you Johnny. You may not get your "lines in a row", but we always know exactly what you are saying, and you always post from your heart, and so you are an excellent communicator. Indeed God bless you Johnny! I totally enjoy knowing you and reading your words, every time you post.

Nothing for you to apologize for Johnny. There is plenty of stuff that I don't know about, including most stuff involving technology, taxes, and I don't know how to wash and fold laundry, (my local wash 'n fold takes care of that for me). I have friends and my brother help out with the other stuff I don't know about.

Just keep on being yourself Johnny. As Billy Joel once said, "I love you just the way you are"!

I was unlucky I never got to dream of it but I'm sure if I watch enough scenes tonight I'll be able to force a dream about the mansion full of all models past and present. I agree about Kodi when I first watched scenes with him in he blowed my mind I loved the way he was on camera it's just a shame we can't bring him back and mix him in with some of the current models.
