That is about as general and vague as one could get. However, that doesn't keep me from trying to parse the sentence and solve the mystery. I remember vaguely a while back on some thread Mark was talking about his interest in making a feature length film. So:

Big - a feature film is big compared to web scenes;

Something that has never done before - I take that to mean here at Broke Straight Boys or Blumedia (as opposed to the universe in general); and a feature length film would fit that bill;

Announced here on Broke Straight Boys message board before anywhere else - it would make sense to announce a Broke Straight Boys or blumedia feature length film here first.
