Who are you tired of thread

Well, I am going to wade in again. The last time I did, I got spanked good and royally, so I will tread lightly.

I want to first acknowledge that there are all different tastes in men, just as with anything else.

For me, Tyler is exactly what I find attractive in a guy. I liked him from the minute he piled into that Jeep at the car show, and my opinion of him has not changed. I tend to like the more innocent, young, quiet and soft-spoken boys. I loved Giovanni (the really cute, quiet, shy one) and Christian.

I know this will be unpopular but I strongly dislike tattoos. I think that these twinks were given magnificent smooth bodies and should not blemish them. I also wonder if the time will come that they will regret it. Let me state now, this is just my opinion, my taste. It is not open for discussion.

Also, my use in another thread of the word "vulnerable" was attacked and made me out to be a predator. Perhaps I used the wrong word. I meant more like innocent, unspoiled, eagerly experimenting. It is a shame that some people on the site wait to pounce on anyone for the percieved misuse of one word. I can voice my opinion without arguing semantics with someone who doesn't even know me.

The bottom line is that this is all about different tastes, different opinions. I should be able to say that I am tired of .....(fill in the blank) without being attacked verbally by their self-appointed fan club.

Anyway, Tyler, when you get weary of their abuse, you can some to me and I will hold your hand and soothe you. I can think of many ways to show you how much I appreciate you.

I promise I won't rant this time.

I think that we (myself included) have, indeed gotten off the topic. The title of the thread is "Same ole, same ole!" It asks who are you tired of, not who do you like. We tend to mix those up, don't we.

On one hand, I feel as though I could never grow tired of the boys I really like, but I can see the point of some of the members who want to see new blood.

For me, the bottom line is that David, or who ever is responsible for finding new talent does a pretty good job, and I feel that they really do try to bring us new and fresh boys. It can't be that easy getting someone to respond to an ad who isn't overly experienced and "road weary" if you know what I mean.

So, I hope I speak for most paying members when I say, just keep trying to bring us new guys. Some we will like, some we won't. When there is a lack of new talent, I would rather see some of the old standbys in an update than not to have an update. As it is, I can schedule a date with my left hand 3 days a week, and I like that. I like that a lot!

For those who love him, sell pin-ups of his best poses and for those who don't like him, posters of his face with a rifle target on it. It reminds me of a rocker whose albums used to be burned in church parking lots for the filthy lyrics. (I don't remember who it was) The fact that he was talking about albums rather than College Dudes's tells you it was a while ago. haha

For me, I am not a fan of Tyler because I think his scenes are always very boring and lack any kind of passion and are un-erotic. Same goes with CJ, he acts like he would rather be ANYWHERE but in front of a camera filming a gay porn scene.

The fact that I had grown tired of Austin a long time ago, and Anthony too as of late, is simply because I have seen them both in hundreds of scenes on other sites. Once I see a Broke Straight Boys go to any other site, personally I don't ever want to see him again on Broke Straight Boys because I love how we are largely shown only guys who are new to the biz, straight, and amateur. It's one of the very endearing and loveable things about Broke Straight Boys that make us all such huge fans of the site!

Sorry, guess I it really gets kind of old that 50% of the forumites love Tyler, the other 50% prefer that someone else take his place in the scenes. It seems like we always find ourselves in a discussion about who loves Tyler's scenes vs. who finds them boring every week lol.

BUT, reading my post all over again, I start it by yelling "WHO CARES PEOPLE", then go into my own personal diatribe about what *I* personally like and don't like. Sorry about that guys.

Oh, and btw, I do think that Tyler is drop dead gorgeous, and one of the best looking guys I've seen. It's just too bad that he obviously doesn't get at all turned on by performing gay sex is all.

On the positive side, Jake is a diamond in the rough who could be a real star if they'd pair him with hotter, more eager guys.

...I sure do like Glenn's feelings about Jake. What bothers me is that I don't remember David talking so positively about bringing Jake back like he has with the two new guys. We'll just have to wait and see. Maybe a fourth of July surprise.

I know I've read in the past that Tyler is part of the production staff now, so he won't be showing up very often....but hopefully he can find it in his heart to show some love to his die-hard fans and jump back in front of the camera every now and then....

I completely respect your opinion on Tyler and I am so glad you started posting on the forum. Your posts tonight have shown me that you are someone I will really like. BUT, these guys can take the two opinions of Tyler and go back and forth at each other for DAYS and PAGES.

My sentiments exactly!! I truly fell in love with Tyler (per se) when I saw his video with Derek and Dustin. In his previous videos I'd seen a straight boy who sort of got turned on by bottoming...which was hot in its own right. Have you really missed all our insane strait-jacket conversations?

People have speculated that with JIMMIE being in the business he may want too much money for Broke Straight Boys to bring him back. I think that if there is any truth to that there are solutions to that problem.

Since Slim and I started our "happy ward" where everything is Jimmie and Diesal and all models that bring no "bashing"with them, a lot of people have voiced love for JIMMIE.

I think if money was the issue the members would be willing to contribute in exchange for a Jimmie/Diesal 4 or a Shane/Jimmie series.

Just an idea.

I have often times thought of asking for a specific scene, with specific models. I've even thought about approaching Blu Media asking how much they would charge to produce such a scene...which of course would be shot for and updated to this very site. I think of it as a "special-not-on-the-menu request" so to speak, which I for one would be willing to fork out $$$ to get on the site.

But, more than one member pitching in to the pot is a very interesting idea! I wonder if David/Mark et al would be open to such a thing?

I think that would be awesome for more Jimmie and Diesal scenes, especially if they were popping with the magic and chemistry that was oozing from their previous ones!

P.S. I generally don't like 3way and orgy scenes though. I MUCH prefer the intimacy of only two guys getting it on (and I very much appreciate the lack of camera-hogging by the one individual I DON'T want to see in the scene...which seems to typically happen in virtually all 3way and orgy scenes IMHO).
