What is a Pubsubagent, and why does it repeatedly ask me if it may use my personal info "stored On Broke Straight Boys" in my keychain? Strangely enough, it pops up with this request even when I am not using the Broke Straight Boys site!

Looks like a virus or malware.
I just googled it & it looks like it affects MAC computers.
