I've subscribed to Corbin Fisher for years and it has been honored as the number 1 site of its kind. Here's the deal: you can subscribe to the m/m site only. The straight/bi side is a separate subscription, and I say bi because many of the guys most often do each other as well as a woman in a particular scene. I also subscribe to
Sean Cody and it is strictly m/m. Incidentally both have gone bareback in the past 12 months. If
Broke Straight Boys wants to open a completely separate site it may make sense for economic reasons, but I would hate to see an overlap into what up to now has been
Broke Straight Boys
****************************************************************************
Hey, guys,
There have been a couple of threads on this, but perhaps this is the place to reply??? (And I'd like to reply for dear James, and for all my lovely women friends who enjoy seeing great models in straight/bi scenes, but with an emphasis on the male models - something you cannot get in straight erotica - where the male models are usually ugly as sin, to make the old men who are watching it feel better about themselves - LOL!)
As far as a recommendation or prescription for
Broke Straight Boys, I think rrhill and AtlantaGuy (and I believe Tampa said something similar in a previous thread) are right on the money. I have no doubt that, with all the great models
Broke Straight Boys has in its stable of regulars, it could sponsor a very successful straight/bi associated site, and maybe should look into that! I also have no personal objections to an occasional straight/bi "teaser" appearing right HERE, but, as a practical matter, I feel pretty certain that most of the people who subscribe here subscribe for the guy-guy sex, and it is true, some gay guys are turned off by the sight of straight sex ~ and certainly don't want to pay for it! So, I think a separate, but cross-advertised and promoted site, is likely the way to go, as far as this question is concerned.
That being said, I would just like to put on the record (to quote the very wise, and funny, BETH!): I personally, am not one of those gay guys who has an allergy to the vagina: or any other part of the female form, for that matter - LOL! In fact, having grown up steeped in classical art (there was nothing else to DO, growing up in the arctic, but pore over those old art texts my parents bought me): I think the female form is
miraculously beautiful, just as the male form is. So - seeing a naked girl - even one who is getting great physical pleasure - hardly sends me running for the hills ;-)))
I honestly don't think anyone can question my homosexual
bona fides, either. I have never held a girl's hand; or KISSED a girl; much less DATED a girl. In my personal, emotional, and sexual response, I am 100 per cent GAY. Gay as Christmas. Queer as a $3.00 bill. When I was young and thinner and much less bald, the cutest cheerleader in school once was so importunate as to plop down on my lap, snuggle in, and KISS ME, sighing, "Oh A. - couldn't WE just get away sometime, and spend a nice weekend, together?" I felt NOTHING. And, since that time, I have been honoured by about six women who proposed marriage to me - but, obviously, there was nothing I could constructively do about that, either. BUT. . . that didn't keep me from appreciating that
all these women were beautiful ~ really, works of art, in their own right.
For me, the full human emotional and sexual response is triggered always and only by a MAN. There is something about the way a man's face is sculpted; the strength of his broad shoulders, and the leanness of his hips; the length and strength and curvature of his legs and the power of his chest; and the resonance of his
voice: whether it is a lyrical tenor, or a powerful baritone; that makes me think ~ "Could I please be with YOU???" ;-)))
All that being said, I have had a number of crushes who were
TRULY "straight boys", and whom I loved
notwithstanding the fact that I knew I could never, ever, be with them. . . and I was always fascinated (as disinterestedly, as one with a prior erotic interest could BE) in all the JOYS and PLEASURES that animated THEM, in their erotic lives. . . just as
they animated my
dreams.
In this regard, I have always appreciated what my favourite model,
JASON, has from time to time suggested on these boards, about the realiity of
"pansexuality" ~ the notion that sometimes, it is less the person's physical form or gender or orientation, that excites one most, but rather, some intangible something, that flickers so enticingly, in his (or her) EYES. . . .
I am not a pansexual. I am not even a BISEXUAL. But, I think I have some inkling, as to what
JASON was getting at.
But this question is not even that complex. Perhaps I am just a pervert (!!!); certainly I am a
voyeur; but when it comes to seeing a heterosexual or bisexual or pansexual man whom I think is truly, ineffably, gorgeous, have sex with a woman to whom he is truly, and
thrillingly, attracted ~ I find it a tremendous revelation, and amazingly erotic, as well!!!! IF ONLY BECAUSE, while many people find it amazing to see a beautiful straight guy have sex with another GUY (whom he doesn't really want): I think it is almost OVERWHELMING to see a beautiful straight guy have sex with a woman, whom he really DOES want!!! It is the PASSION, and the DESIRE, which so appeals. . .
Some of my gay friends (purer of heart, aesthetic, and ideology, than I) sometimes ask me: "A", how could you POSSIBLY watch that stuff??? I answer simply (and truthfully): I just close one eye. ;-))) But truthfully, the beautiful man's joy, and passion, make it all worthwhile, as far as I am concerned, in the watching ;-)))
A very practical problem is this. I have had precisely two personal friends in this industry, who were models (both now retired): one who was gay (and Canadian); and one who was straight (and from "somewhere in Europe"). The straight guy told me that his girlfriend was totally OK with his consorting with MEN on video (as long as the "shoots" were safe, and protected) - as long as he NEVER did such things with WOMEN. (She would have seen that as threatening, and an infringement upon their personal relationship.) Such scruples could, I suppose, impede the development of a "
Broke Straight Boys Couples" site. (Though, I think there might be guys who were single enough, and broke enough, to give that a whirl, as well.)
So, for the sake of all those out there - the girls, the bisexual guys, and the guys like me, who are simply inveterate voyeurs - I hope that
Broke Straight Boys will consider founding a separate site, dedicated to straight and bisexual experience, which those models who wish to, could participate in. (Joyously, and randily!) I think it could be quite successful ~ without impinging at all (even IF cross-advertised, or if the occasional bonus or preview video were shared) upon the enjoyment of those who love
Broke Straight Boys as an all-male site, and who pay for that particular configuration of pleasure.
That's my best answer, on this topic!
Your old libertine,
"A" ;-))))) XOXOXOXOXOXO
