I believe you asked about having a mirror there in the past - angle wise I wouldn't work as good as you would think...mirrors on any set are a directors worst nightmare...unless its a planned part of the shoot. I like to be able to go with the performers flow, wherever it may lead us and wouldn't want to be restricted by a mirror that could cut off certain angles I may need to get to. I see in my head what you are seeing and can understand it....it would work great in set shot type feature shooting but I am doing reality style gonzo.
