I became infatuated with Henry Cavill when he starred on The Tudors on Showtime. He has to be one of the most gorgeous men in the UK. Can't wait to see him in costume. I've not heard any rumors that he is gay; but am not surprised there are such given he is hot, well built and beautiful; but me thinks that is wishful thinking on the part of some of our gay brethren. Perhaps our friend, jon, can shed some light on this matter or other members who might be from the UK.

Yes, I heard that nasty rumor as well. But you know how some queens are, they want every gorgeous man to be gay. And I cAN"t understand why, he probably wouldn't look at most of those nasty old queens if he were gay. So, he may as well be straight!

Both Henry and Russell Crowe appeared on UK TV talk show with gay host graham norton last night. I'm sure you guys will be able to catch it on Youtube, it was a good chat.

I saw the movie and loved it. Actually, as soon as I saw some of the promo shots, all I wanted to do was lick his chest. God damn, he's hot!
As for the gay rumors, I'm not usually one to buy into them, but there may actually be something to this set of them. Nothing 100% certain of course, but seems there could be a little more to them than hearsay. Not that it really matters, of course, but it's certainly enough to fuel my latent Superman fantasies. ;-)

I saw the movie last night. I have to agree that Henry is gorgeous. I thought that Russell Crowe did a really good job in it also. This latest movie was very dark though and quite violent. I only wish it had had a little more heart, as the earlier Christopher Reeve franchise did. But still Henry did a fantastic job with the role. The special effects were amazing! In 3-D I was flinching and bouncing around in my seat. haha
