There, I started the thread for the scene I had been waiting to see. I know so many of you were also anticipating this as well. I have to say that I'll need to watch it again tomorrow after a good night's sleep because what I watched tonight was a big disappointment. I agree SFP that Jake seemed to give stronger oral efforts on Ethan than he got in return. That said, I though the scene was very good. You had the nervous energy of two newbies who were guiding each other through their first hardcore Broke Straight Boys scene. I think they will both be able to improve greatly on the mechanics of the sex, once they get over the stage fright and awareness of the cameras and people around them. I think they both put together a very good and watchable scene without the benefit of a seasoned Broke Straight Boys model to guide them through and show them the ropes.

I did enjoy the "first encounter" aspect that involved nerves, lower confidence in what to do, not being as in-sync with partner, not really knowing what to do with balls, not even trying to rim, not starting with kissing, no play over clothes ... it was believable. I do agree that the chemistry was lackluster. I especially don't like to see guys slow to get hard when being sucked, or trying to fuck with a semi hard dick. Jake wants to top, so let him top with a hard dick!

Ethan did well taking Jake, but almost too well to be believable. He also was just laying there. More squirming or something. Got to say he did suck on Jake after Jake had been up his ass ... and that was a nice touch. At the end Ethan took too long to come, and did not have a lot of energy as he came. He will need to get more animated.

Jake is really hot and did show some good oral skill. He went way down on Ethan. It was a nice touch having a small continued bit of fucking after he came. It would have been nice to hear him vocalize a bit about getting close or even comments on the ass he had been served. It was kind of sweet when he realized he need to get next to or do something to help Ethan "finish" the scene. My only thing I will say about Ethan was that disgusting zit or mouth sore he had. It was distracting and gross. Why Broke Straight Boys didn't put some makeup or something to cover it, is beyond me. A valid point that the camera really didn't catch much up-close action of the 69 of Jake's dick.

I will say that while I generally like the camera-work, I did notice the slow reactions to getting better angles when body parts were blocking the good shots. In regards to the 69 filming, the camera moved to focus mostly on Jake's mouth. While that was definitely great scenery, I could see in the background he was flexing his ass as he thrust into Ethan's mouth, and I wish the camera had maneuvered to catch some of that action on the other end. Having at least one experienced boy in the shoot might mitigate that normally since they are more aware of positioning themselves for the camera, but it is something they should have been prepared for with two newbies. Hopefully there is improvement from all parties in future shoots.

Still a hot scene even with those issues.

I totally agree with your comment that the scene was good but not great. I'm really not going to question whether or not these guys are inexperienced. I'm sure they are (despite what I previously said about Ethan having been fucked before). I think that business about Jake "fucking twinks" was just his hype on the BSB Twitter account to establish his "top" persona. I'm not criticizing the boys in the least. They are two inexperienced straight boys doing gay-for-pay. Damn Mikeyank that’s mushy! But I agree in principle of course. I do like to tease old fart a bit about how worried he gets over the lighting and camera angles. He consentrates on the production values and I or say my dick uses the Peter Meter to mostly judge a scene. It can be well crafted, well lit, and well directed but if the models and the sex don’t turn me on then it’s pretty much useless as a porn scene. The Peter Meter is very judgmental and all of us have one, except Bart of course, and it’s what determines how many stars I give. I’m guessing that’s most other members as well. I often give new scenes and new boys the benefit of the doubt and rate them higher than say I would ordinarily because I feel Broke Straight Boys is trying or I may go lower because it’s just twink sex or in my opinion sub par. That’s the fun of a site and forum like this. We are all a bit different and some of us cream for very different reasons but I doubt very many of them have to do with lighting. All this being said, I think old fart points out many things that can and probably should be fixed. I think management sometimes takes hints from these and I think we are all better off for them.
